Yeah for me the moons are completely covered with stone, no trees or anything at all, and the main planet doesn't look much the same either.

Strangely the planet and moons are not looking like on the screenshots for me D: i just get dead planets well some trees but no green or blue

Veatrice is spawning without a hieght map, the moons are fine but the planet is flat as a pancake.

Tried, searched and can confirm that.
They are on the most planets i did test, but there seem to be none on the vanilla planets.

I've seen that on several planets lately. Sadly there's nothing in the moddable planet files that determines what height objects spawn at (they are supposed to just spawn on the surface) so this is something that Keen would have to fix.

For some odd reason Veatrice is perfectly flat but it's moons are not.

There's currently no way to make structures and vehicles spawn on planets automatically. The pirates on the Keen planets were placed there by the devs. Too bad too because I'd like to put some crashed ships or ruined structures on some of these planets as well as pirates.

Actually there is if you exit the Scenarios.sbx file, however I have not tested it yet to include custom planets, going to attempt it sometime soon.

@Jirikisunta as with all planets and moons that are mod created you will have to spawn it in yourself, so the gametype doesn't matter. However I'd suggest using Either Solar System Start or one of the Easy Starts as a Basis for adding this and it's moons to. I'd also recommend putting the moons atleast 60k from the planet and try not to stick the moons to close together unless D4V intended them to be close.

Gonna try this out, and am creating a new world. I'm not sure which starting scenario to choose in order to spawn your worlds. I selected the Mod, of course... but on the Custom World screen I must choose a "Scenario."

@Wolfe The atmosphere on this planet isn't much different than any other planet, but on this paticular planet much of the landmass extends way into the upper atmosphere. How you land on this planet depends on exactly where you're trying to land. Every planet is a unique snowflake and that's just the way this one turned out. I was able to land on the lowlands easily using just atmos, but you probably will need ions or hydros to land on the highest areas.

We're trying to land on your planet by emergency drop pod, however it appears the actual atmosphere is only 500 meters thick, or something similar... resulting in... well, a lot of crashed pods...

... Probably a stupid question, but, why?

Thank you I'm glad people can enjoy them. Other than the names in the corner the screenshots are completely unaltered. I do try to make them interesting though. When I took them my goal was to show as many of the features as I could in as few screenshots as possible, but these SE planets are just so big it's hard to decide what to show people.
