didn't come around to implement to make islam intruced into the campaign, had some ideas that it could be an event that could proc if something happend in the middle east but I don't know what that sould be, considering muhammed is such critical character for islamic.

I could argue that it isn't any religious order that functions as garrison but that Orthodox cities tend to defend relativly unprotected religious buildings at the event of an siege:)

Slavic:
- Fertility Level +2 (make +1)
Roman Paganism:
-Commerce income +10%
I really like the idea of orthodox giving more garrisons, will look into that. either some kind of trait that gives garrison or maybe orthodox buildings giving garrison, not sure what units that would make sense. Have to ponder that one.

But do you think it is a good thing to also add some research to orthodox? ERE did nice in term of research (for example they had the flamethrower ships that made them hold Constantinopolis a long time! Why not making it 4 more turns + more research speed rate :)
Ahh and is it possible to make orthodox only get more units in defense while under siege? It would be the best way I think to make the ERE surviving, but I'm not sure it is do-able...
Yea agree, not happy with roman paganism, income is abit boring.
Yea, that is a typo it could be "religious intolerance", I want some kind of trade of for the catholics.
Reason for the 4 turns more on siege, is to make ere more durable, and hopefully more often keep constantinopel, mean while +10 attack/defense will improve battle it wont change autoresolve which is most battles AI vs AI.
Hope that explains my reasoning if you have ideas please share, love to hear some ideas to improve.

For example for roman paganism I would not affect their financial only from commerce.
Also catholic should not be religion tolerant, but why not something like more moral against german paganism.
Finally orthodox should not only have 4 turns more on siege defense which is quite not useful. Why not making them +10% research and +10 attack and defense when defending.
