Excuse me Niklas, can you add secret cults to Greeco-Roman paganism, like Osiris cult,Sobek cult (they exist for Judaism). they pop up sometime in major settlements, and you have to resolve it by allowing them to exist (secret cult support) or deny them

Hey, thanks for the feed back, if I have the time I will look into it. (curretly don't create mods for attila, but I try to support and fix broken things as often as I can)

yeh I have also noticed that but Im using it for few months and actually I havnt found anything wrong in the game. But I wish to know what that table actually does. Maybe its something we cannot open in PFM ?

Hi. I am not sure but I think I might have found an error. When using the Pack Manager and I click on DB/Religions_Tables/Religions, an error window pops ups syaing "Failed to open religions: System.Data.DuplicateNameException: A column named 'unknown5' already belongs to this DataTable...." It goes further but you get the idea. Thank you. I use several of your mods.

didn't come around to implement to make islam intruced into the campaign, had some ideas that it could be an event that could proc if something happend in the middle east but I don't know what that sould be, considering muhammed is such critical character for islamic.

CA is made out of a bunch of lazy fucks they totally break your imersion...for example in the dlc kingdom of charlemagne the muslims after each victory praise the gods not god but gods and they are able to sell create and sell whine lmao that's like 2 big sins specially worshipping another god then allah from islamic stand point.

Manichaeism isn't working at the moment. As the Lahkmids I converted, but I'm not getting the public order or Sanitation bonuses. I've disabled all other mods to see if it was a confliction issue, but that did not solve the problem. Cheers on your mod though!

@major I would say it can be worth convering, even if you don't convert into the Sects I have given the tempels very interesting bonuses.

is it worth it to convert as the romans to peganism? I don't quite understand the followers bonus. Do you get all the boni automticly or do you have to build a temple for each god?

Do you mean 500AD for Islam? My only concern is that I'll never play a campaign long enough to reach that point; all of my campaigns are pointless by the time Attila hits the field (way back at 425AD) because my empire is half the map (or more), my armies are undefeatable (multiple Tier3 stacks) and I have no worthy enemies left. For those reasons I'm also looking for mods to make things a little more difficult without adding in pointless artificial difficulty (I.E. penalties to Public Order because I'm on Impossible... that makes no sense).

I use the Radious mods which may explain some things and also begs the quesetion if they are compatible.

@steelerstephenson no sorry now yet, learning how to script events so that islam can appear late in the campaign and sweep the middle east and africa. that is my intent anyways.

For ppl interested I release a seperate mod that buffs ERE, as result of that I will soo change the bonuses from Orthodox to something else, at a later date when I have some good ideas.

It appears Roman-Paganism is broken now. My temples that I have constructed are no longer available to my faction. I don't quite understand the sect update you did. Are you saying I have to choose one as my state religion, because that is in direct contrast to what paganism is.

@PES1979 Reason for giving orthodox a boost in garrison is to make ERE a stronger defensive force considering they survived into the 1400th century (1500th for Americans).

I could argue that it isn't any religious order that functions as garrison but that Orthodox cities tend to defend relativly unprotected religious buildings at the event of an siege:)

Excellent only that I would give the garrison bonus to the Latin Christians. Orthodox Christianity was usually very strict on the line between civil and military spheres, while the Latins were less so. Bishops leading troops into battle belongs to a later age, but I think the garrison bonus better fits the Latins.

@Lulz have now implemeted garrison for Eastern Roman and gave them 5% all research, personally like the idea with them being bitt stronger on the civic tech side:)

@Sed I do strongly agree with Slavic, and somewhat with Roman, dropping a patch now that changes Slavic completly and decrease Roman Pagans from 20% to 15%.

@Lulz Second yea, that can be done. I do agree with that that it makes sense for ERE to have research rate.

I really like the idea of orthodox giving more garrisons, will look into that. either some kind of trait that gives garrison or maybe orthodox buildings giving garrison, not sure what units that would make sense. Have to ponder that one.

But do you think it is a good thing to also add some research to orthodox? ERE did nice in term of research (for example they had the flamethrower ships that made them hold Constantinopolis a long time! Why not making it 4 more turns + more research speed rate :)

Ahh and is it possible to make orthodox only get more units in defense while under siege? It would be the best way I think to make the ERE surviving, but I'm not sure it is do-able...

Yea agree, not happy with roman paganism, income is abit boring.

Yea, that is a typo it could be "religious intolerance", I want some kind of trade of for the catholics.
Reason for the 4 turns more on siege, is to make ere more durable, and hopefully more often keep constantinopel, mean while +10 attack/defense will improve battle it wont change autoresolve which is most battles AI vs AI.

Hope that explains my reasoning if you have ideas please share, love to hear some ideas to improve.

It can be interesting but some data should be changed.

For example for roman paganism I would not affect their financial only from commerce.
Also catholic should not be religion tolerant, but why not something like more moral against german paganism.
Finally orthodox should not only have 4 turns more on siege defense which is quite not useful. Why not making them +10% research and +10 attack and defense when defending.
