I don't think it's WOTC compatible, the launcher shows a conflict when trying to use it in it, saying it's only compatible with vanilla XCOM 2

Can confirm, this is WOTC compatible.
However, there is a caveat: This does not work for the Hero classes (Reaper, Skirmisher, and Templar.) Only normal soldiers. Otherwise, it works perfectly!

Can it be made for Sparks ? I like to play a mute Robot being silent instead of a loud hunking metal thingy.

Feels akward when i'm near the enemy cloaked and i'm like: "Kay, let's go nice and easy"

@Thade Sure, it will be in a variant, so people who really do not want any voice keep what they downloaded. I'll try to put the sound they make in the base game (unless you want a specific voice?). As soon as I finish with my exams I'll work on it :3

My GI Joe roster has been including a speaking Snake Eyes up until today, and it's been driving me bonkers! This was one of my most hoped-for mods.

This will become a requirement for 'CP G.I. Joe' in this workshop, and we purists thank you!

@Chrono The reason is on the thread i linked, he just wanted to make a mute character that would represent his friend, and his friend is mute. If he turned off the voices in options, he wouldn't listen the rest of his soldiers ^^
