No, it will make any designs made with this not work without the mod activated. It shouldn't be too hard to replace them with the new corridors, or if you really hate windows, just leave this one on.

What happens if you use this in a design, and then uninstall the mod? Does the design revert to vanilla corridors?

I knew I wasn't the only one thinking this! This will definitely help make ships for pleasing to look at without ladders everywhere.
