I know it was the better part of a year ago now but what the hell is the problem with EAF lol.. Really, I get it, that'd probably be more realistic- but it's almost like he's offended that you're not putting in the effort to make men more capable. Seriously the coding there would be terrifying, definitely not worth the effort.

Anywho, thanks for your work! Was always weird to me that it didn't slow you down. This really helps to make the extract enemy corpses mod feel less cheaty, too. :P

Mostly just wanted to let ya know that your work is appreciated, even 2 years after the fact. Cheers. (:

Well you should have just said that then. Guess i`ll have to make my own more realistic gender Mod.

@EAFPeacemaker This mod wasn't made with a feminist, or menist agenda. My reply was meant to be taken as a joke for a limitation I have. Making a woman move slower would not only be really hard, but not something I'd want to implement into my mod.

CastledCard : Actually,no they`re not. The fittest strongest woman is never as fit or as strong as the fittest strongest man. it`s why we have separate Olympics and women get special easier limits when training for special forces of which there are extremely few women (and even that is disputed) have "passed". Look it up. Observable reality and facts will prove all of this.

I know you want to be "all equal" about it, but Nature isn`t "equal".

@EAFPeacemaker Only the best men and women are allowed to join XCOM. They're equally as fit in the leg department!

Should make men 2 squares slower and women 3 squares slower.

I love the idea but 4 mobility is a bit much, 2 would have been a better middle ground imo.

"He aint heavy, he's my- Holy Crap! Did you eat an elephant for lunch, bro?!" My soldiers hate me for subbing this mod. Good job!

@Corvis You have to verify game cache

How can I disable this mod? Because even after I unsubscribed its effects are still active.

For anybody who still needs it, ADVENT just released a mod that makes carrying/dropping someone a free action: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=660720275

Now it is way more tempting to kill a VIP outright if you are low on time. But agreeing with previous posts, dropping a person should not take an action. Loving the mod though

Advent VIP mission RIP.

supporting Kosba2's idea, togeather with the slowdown that would ballance it nicely.

I think this is a great mod, but picking up and putting down soldiers needs to be a free action imo. Or at least putting them down.

I don't want this ('cause I'm a dirty cheater) but I can vouch that this is VERY accurate.
Obviously, you do a lot of fireman carrying in boot and, even when carrying someone your weight, it takes so much out of you that, after not even a minute, you are completely exhausted. Now imagine carrying them with all of their gear.
