I see that that after choosing the End Mission Photo then in the Mission Summary it still autogenerates its own random photo... is it possibly because this mod is overriding UIMissionSummary and, therefore, when the UITactical_PhotoBooth checks for the presence of UIMissionSummary with "if (`ScreenStack.IsInStack(class'UIMissionSummary'))" doesn't find it and assumes (wrongly) that the variable bUserPhotoTaken is false, therefore proceeding into generating a random one?

I just Partially completed a mission, got the council guy saying I failed and didn't get my scientist and no new Point of Interests showed up on the map either? From what I understood about this mod was that iuf you bailed without killing everything you'd either get the mission reward(my scientist) or you'd get more PoI's showing up on the map. Neither happened so I'm wondering what this mod did for me.

Great, but why does it say failed in the skyranger? And why do your troopers seem sad? Couldn't it be changed to completed and with happy soldiers?

I'm getting a weird bug with this mod in the Mod Launcher. It claims this mod is in conflict with itself for 'UIMissionSummary'. I don't know if it's an actuall issue or if it's just me. Just wanted to let you know.

@RealityMachina I have a small request. Currently, PSI Zombies raised by XCOM count as dead soldiers for after-action report. Can you remove them from the casualty count? Note that this is a vanilla bug also.

@23 Nah just the one roll for a partial completion. It's basically heads for reward, tails for point of interest.

Ah, gotcha. So it rolls to see which of the two it's rolling for, then it rolls to check if you get the one it picked?

@23 no, one coin flip for either one. Points of Interests basically have background code going on behind meant to ensure you usually tend to get one that's most favourable towards your current situation, and presumably the mission rewards would be whatever the player felt like they needed the most. Ergo, I went with "you get one of them."

@23 The points of interest are those things you scan on the Geoscape with the Avenger, they're generally set up to spawn after a successful mission.

The mod makes it so on objective completion but required evac, the game does a coin flip and decides whether you get the point of interest or mission reward.

Hey! So I'm on the fence of getting this.

My question is. Don't you already counter the dark event if you evac after completing the objective? If so, what does this change?

What I ideally want out of a mod like this would be to counter the dark event, but get no rewards/corpses if you bail after the obj, while also fixing the fact that it says "Mission Failed" with your soldiers looking like they just watched their best friends die out on the field.

My confusion is that you keep mentioning "point of interest." What do you mean by that, exactly? And does this mod make it so you DO get the mission reward from from bailing after completing the objective? Thanks for your work and thanks for being so clearly responsive on these comments!

@Soldium, BlueRaja - I'll try making a non-override version soon, only reason I bothered with that was because I really wanted a more visual indication that a player had partally finished a mission and couldn't figure out how to do so with UIScreenListeners for the mission summary.

This mod conflicts with All Soldiers Gain XP . If possible, please update it to use UIScreenListeners so they can both work together.

@AGDSL It'll stop the dark event but it won't give you the mission reward or the point of interest that fully completing a guerilla op will give you. The mod will have the game basically flip a coin and decide which one of those you get if you do complete the objective but evac out.

I thought this was already present in-game. I mean I once destriyed the relay and evacuated. Mission counted as "failed" but I stopped the dark event for this mission. Am I missing something ?
