Thank you for announcing it and putting it in the title.
Farmer Shane_YT 24 Jul, 2023 @ 12:20pm
@Ogg Vorbis you don't need more play time in Ats you can just buy them
Asmodai 17 Jun, 2023 @ 3:51pm
Obsolete? :(
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 13 May, 2023 @ 2:43pm
Thanks for the report @Shyfty221. I've looked through the game files and found that SCS has configured all used traffic lights to have a 4 second yellow light on time. This mod should no longer be necessary going forward, so I won't be updating it unless they add new lights that need adjustment in the future.

@Ogg Vorbis

Oh dear, actually I am unsure. It's difficult for me to understand if the Mod IS actually working, I mean, I cannot understand that, simply looking at traffic lights during a job. I simply keep it active in Mod Manager, but that's all.
I was merely asking because you wrote:
"I haven't had much time to play ATS lately and can't justify spending the money just to test out the mod." , so I was simply curious.
Anyway, thank you for your interest.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 22 Apr, 2023 @ 8:17am
@MacCekko Did something break in the new update?
MacCekko 17 Apr, 2023 @ 7:11pm
@Ogg Vorbis

Hello.
So, basically, you are not updating this Mod for v1.47, are you?
Just out of curiosity, to better understand...
Thank you.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 17 Dec, 2022 @ 11:14am
Also thanks @Laqueesha for the report.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 17 Dec, 2022 @ 11:13am
Updated for Texas DLC. I haven't purchased this DLC and probably won't be purchasing future ones as I haven't had much time to play ATS lately and can't justify spending the money just to test out the mod. With that being said, let me know if anything is wacky and I'll fix it as soon as I can.
Laqueesha 15 Dec, 2022 @ 2:35pm
Needs to be updated for Texas, there's a lot of missing lights there.
RealSimPilot 25 Aug, 2022 @ 10:44am
Will this also work for railroad crossings? Because they became my biggest enemy... xD
ElGatoConBottas 10 Aug, 2022 @ 9:54am
Please add support for Montana's traffic lights.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 17 Jul, 2022 @ 3:29pm
@Laqueesha, Thanks for the detailed report, appreciate the coordinates. I've updated the mod to support the 1.45 beta, and as long as they don't add anything else it should be fine for the 1.45 production release.
Laqueesha 15 Jul, 2022 @ 12:55am
Can confirm the missing streetlights in Redding. Coordinates below. I am on the 1.45 open beta.

Ogg Vorbis  [author] 2 Jun, 2022 @ 8:56pm
@Zane, it's possible that there was some sort of delay in Steam downloading the mod update for you. Either way, glad it's working for you now.
Zane 1 Jun, 2022 @ 11:17am
Nevermind, can't reproduce it on a different profile with the same active mods. Probably profile corruption of some sort, even though it's a brand new save..
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 31 May, 2022 @ 3:56pm
@Zane, just flew around the Redding area and didn't see anything missing. Please post a screenshot of the map location and the missing light and I'll check it out. Thanks.
Zane 31 May, 2022 @ 2:47pm
Multiple street lights missing in Redding.
Hotstuff5743 25 May, 2022 @ 7:55am
I think if ppl don't notice a change in the timing is cuz SCS has taken note of this mod & have started to add parts of it to the vanilla game. I've seen them talk about this mod on social media & they even said we never really thought of it till we saw a mod that was downloaded like crazy so we tried it & loved it. I think they've coded the game so that it's not ever light in the game cuz i know they focused on left turning lights.
VIKING HAMMER 23 May, 2022 @ 6:15pm
To be honest too when we tried it last night there was no change at all in light length time. however now its a pain in the arse to even get the in game mod manager to get it to show up!!
VIKING HAMMER 23 May, 2022 @ 5:26pm
Having big issues with the mod again. worked great once you fixed it but now, not so much.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 22 May, 2022 @ 12:49pm
Thanks for the reports, this should be up and running again. As usual, if you find any weirdness don't be afraid to post it here.
MacTonight 18 May, 2022 @ 7:16am
It was compatible with 1.44, Today it has busted. RIP
UKIE🔥 17 May, 2022 @ 7:30pm

Laqueesha 25 Apr, 2022 @ 4:44am
Causes missing streetlights in Redding, CA with the new 1.44 beta. Coordinates: -111489;17.5703;-25764.2;-2.16609;-0.173856

VØID. 28 Sep, 2021 @ 3:53pm
Compatible with ETS2?
|ViC| 25 Sep, 2021 @ 5:20pm
Thanks! I'll try it now
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 25 Sep, 2021 @ 2:29pm
Thanks @Kayde and @dm for reporting the issues. I've updated the mod to be compatible with the new Wyoming DLC. I've looked through some of the cities you've listed and don't see any broken intersections after this mod update. Let me know if I've missed anything.
no.1 gnarpwell fan 12 Sep, 2021 @ 4:32pm
Can confirm, certain traffic lights in the Wyoming DLC are missing while this mod is enabled. Here is one example at the large intersection just south of the SellGoods in Casper: https://imgur.com/a/7MzMMz1

This is only one of several instances of this issue; I've encountered this in several Wyoming cities, namely Evanston and Cheyanne, and there are likely several others.
|ViC| 10 Sep, 2021 @ 2:00am
Some traffic lights are missing, and the board signals are just floating. Casper and Sterling city for example.
JoeGatto_ 18 Jul, 2021 @ 4:35pm
Is this compatible with 1.41?
MIKEROSOFT666 16 Apr, 2021 @ 3:22pm
Is this mod still current and compatible with 1.40. I'm not having a problem but just reviewing all my mods to see if anything has changed into 1.40.
Knottypine 4 Dec, 2020 @ 4:13pm
@Ogg Vorbis, ah ok, got it. Thanks for that explanation!
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 4 Dec, 2020 @ 4:02pm
@Knottypine, at some point SCS did update some of the light intervals, setting yellow lights to 4 seconds. This led to me marking the mod as obsolete not long ago.
It turned out that they only increased the yellow light interval of light models that had a left turn signal on them, or those that use the tr_sem_prof.base_left profile. Light models that do not have a left turn signal use the tr_sem_prof.common_base profile, which still has the yellow light interval set at 2 seconds.

The Colorado DLC, from what I can see, mostly uses lights that have some sort of turn lane, so most of the lights that you will run into there will default to 4 second yellow lights without using this mod. There are lights that use the 2 second interval though, both in Colorado and in the rest of the game. Here is an example of a Colorado light that uses the 2 second profile. [streamable.com]
Knottypine 3 Dec, 2020 @ 8:11pm
Note: I've been subscribed to your mod since it's release I think, so any traffic light activity in my game has been from your mod. Looking back at the change log, seems everything is as it should be.
Knottypine 3 Dec, 2020 @ 7:56pm
@Ogg Vorbis, no worries. Here's the strange part, did SCS do an update to the light intervals? I mean, I can see the code change from vanilla, but in-game (in Colorado), counting in my head the yellow light lasts about 4 seconds with or without your mod. (about 3 seconds for left turn signals) I checked and I'm sure I don't have any other mods that effect the same file. Not sure if maybe Colorado is different.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 3 Dec, 2020 @ 5:28pm
@Knottypine, sorry for the wait. I've updated the mod to include the 2 new light models in Colorado.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 27 Nov, 2020 @ 9:47pm
@Knottypine, Thank you for your bug report. I'll take a look at it tomorrow and try to get a fix out as soon as I can.
Knottypine 27 Nov, 2020 @ 8:16pm
Hey Ogg Vorbis. I've found an issue with your mod in Colorado. If you view my profile and see my screenshots, there is an intersection south east of Grand Junction where there are no lights, and missing assets, making some signs floating. Not sure if other intersections are effected, this is the only one I know of.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 14 Nov, 2020 @ 12:41pm
@Oscar S, Thanks. I've just updated the mod for compatibility with the Colorado DLC. Let me know if there's any issues with the update.
Xscar 14 Nov, 2020 @ 9:32am
hi! some lights disappear in colorado dlc
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 15 Jul, 2020 @ 8:32pm
Updated for 1.38.
Ogg Vorbis  [author] 9 Jul, 2020 @ 6:09pm
Updated for version 1.37.1.16. Will prepare a version for 1.38 that will be released when that version leaves beta. Let me know if there's any problems with the current version, and give specific information about a problem if so.
