@theb2blandlord: Probably not. I already have a pretty long list of things I want to do and not a lot of time to do it in. Maybe if we get something at some point so it could work, but until then it's very unlikely.

Avanya. This is dope. In NYC scrap facilities, in addition to restaurant refuse, make up a huge portion of commercial garbage throughout the boroughs. This gives a neighborhood like Greenpoint, Canarsie or Throgs Neck that character w/out having to use a lot of industry buildings. You are a wizard when it comes too assets. Any chance you could make a Marine Transfer Station for simulation garbage transported via barge and railroad? Thanks

@wgstac: No, these don't create any raw materials (or goods). Currently it isn't possible to do (either it would need to import raw materials or be placed on ore. My tests had alot of problems and the added traffic just didn't feel right.

does this create mining products for industry to use, by any chance?

Yep, that's because they're props. You can grab the Adaptive Prop Visibility - it lets larger props be visible further. :)

Yes those are close, especially the new ones from sonicnurse, still on the small side for me though. This is more what I'm looking for: 51°27'04.36" N 3°43'14.61" E Plain and simple warehouses, no trees, no trucks, no walls... On another note ; Im using a lot your piles of sand/coal/ore etc. They do dissappear very quickly when zooming out, is this normal or my pc?

@weeseman82: Probably not any time soon sadly. There's the warehouses by VIP , a new one by sonicnurse and the dream logistics pack . I'm not sure if it fits what you're looking for - hopefully we'll see more appear in the future. :)

Hi Avanya! Im doing a 1 on 1 high detail map of a local harbour area and will definitely place a good number of your assets as they fit in very well! Do you think you can do a big modular warehouse? Im having to fill a number of 16 x 40 areas with a single warehouse. They are all quite featureless and basic shape (no trees, no cranes etc, in any case i can plop those myself..) Great if you could help me out! Thanks again for this asset!

I hadn't no. I see there's some interest for it, but generic industry is low on my list of priorities. I'll keep it in mind if I decide to do some generic industry. :)

these are very nice, thank you. had you considered doing something like these for growables? i think the style of the buildings would fit in very well in an industrial growable context (certainly much better than the vanilla stuff). they would make some good warehouses for ports imo.
schnabbo 16. mar. 2016 kl. 6:11
Ah, sorry. Didn't look for the size. That's a shame. Thx anyway
Avanya  [ophavsmand] 16. mar. 2016 kl. 5:46
Growables are confined to 4x4 lots and all of these are larger, so there's no quick way to turn them into growables.
schnabbo 16. mar. 2016 kl. 5:35
Could you make these as growable industry? They look really nice, but i prefer a normal recycling centre for my garbage. Would be a great set (well, it is already, but not for my purposes)

Nice series- welcome addition to workshop rather than yet another park or interchange
