But I do have a theory why, my thing is tall and very noticable, thus they seem like they spawn way more than others, but again they all have the same spawn rate.
I believe this building was in the file "Tileset1". That was the most fleshed out Maxis provided tileset save for the futuristic and past ones, and also better than 99% of the ones that existed for download on the late 1990's community sites.
@boformer - You will bring Christmas earlier again this year?
@Pirazel - That image of URK art with this building along with blue Chrysler Building and TransAmerica Pyramid always burnt into my retinas.
@kx - It was from 1930s? Thanks for educating me, I thought it was around Nouveau time, like Chrysler Building, which is my most favorite real building in the world. Not sure I'm going to build it yet. Please stay tune.
@kx - Hi-rise Ban is actually very effective against my assets, I often use it to control the city's skyline (namedropper). The policy prevents the growable buildings such as Residential, Commercial, Office to fully upgrade to the highest level, so ensure to enforce the policy where you dont want super tall buildings, since all of my growable are at the highest levels. It doesn't work with Hotels and Industrial I think. Thank you.
Love all your buildings and hope you will continue doing some Simcity 2000 buildings as well (how about that 'Historic Office' (3x3 commercial, high land value, was black and grey with blue windows and looked like 1930s style) Would love to see that!
Am wondering if this building populates in Office zones with the 'High - Rise Ban' District Policy? I like the tall office towers like this for downtown areas but for some office parks I like more mid-rise office towers?
Thanks for your hard work. Subscribed and thumbs up.
out of topic: was it World of Warcraft already ?
