Hi , when i add this playermodel to the jobs , it does the T pose , is it normal ?

You need ULX to model your self.

Goto Addons area in q menu.
Look for it
Right Click model
Copy to Clipboard
then just do !model ^ (Paste)

He is not in the player model list because there is no lua that makes it in the player models list.
