Thank you so much for making this! It is perfect. One hospital for the entire 250,000+ population. Only two of these are needed for a 450,000+ population.

Frankie, the city still has to do health and safety inspections and other administrative costs so maintenance is set to 100... but you are right... in the US anyway the hospital would be billed... hmmm.

Elias, deliberately, hence the story line, taken from the vanilla game however modified to meet the needs of this asset.
