Bellisimo. Got mid fight and didnt want to lose my favorite soldier who was carrying the pack. Thanks!

The fact that this isn't a basic function in the game underscores how badly designed it is.
Raven 6. nov. 2021 kl. 18:30
Thank you so much bro i needed this

causes untargetable enemies on reloading tactical saves
with XCOM2-WOTC

there's indeed a version for WOTC but it requires even more components
Albertine_Crowley 22. nov. 2018 kl. 16:16
Working, thanks !
oldman22 8. maj 2018 kl. 14:24
Works with wotc, but there's a version for that, so take it instead.
And keeping this one might cause some bugs, just so you know.
High Voltage 19. apr. 2018 kl. 11:13
I'm having problems with bodies not being found as well.

Really loved this mod ! :/
Lux Manifestus 15. apr. 2018 kl. 16:10
Doesn't seem to be working with WotC anymore. It may even make bodies undiscoverable. Please patch!
Nitewolf 18. mar. 2018 kl. 9:39
Does not work for me either. And I only discovered it the hardest way possible.
Hydrorox 22. feb. 2018 kl. 6:08
doesn't work with WOTC at least for me.
AJ 9. jan. 2018 kl. 1:42
This conflicts with halo armor varients mod was causing me to crash on mission startup on Wotc.
Jess 18. dec. 2017 kl. 5:44
Works well for WOTC!

Hi i was wandering if you can add the ability to stabilize an unconscious soldier with his oun medikit, since the only way to wake up an unconscious mate is with stabilize or revive protocol, the problem appears when rhe unconscious is the medic, so it would be great if you could add that function
eGregious 8. sep. 2017 kl. 6:06
Absolutely essential mod that should've been in the core game. Been using this for ages so thought I'd drop in and say thank you!
Dęąth Viper 30. aug. 2017 kl. 9:18
thanks I will be performing some tests when my computer decides it wants to act right
Boge 30. aug. 2017 kl. 9:15
@frizzeldian12, No. I loaded a combat save and tried stabilizing my downed unit which had the first aid kit. That worked, so I'm just assuming.
Sgt. Nutcracker  [ophavsmand] 30. aug. 2017 kl. 9:08
I don't have WotC, so I cannot confirm - but at least seemed to work for Boge. I'm pretty confident this still works, I don't think the core bleed mechanic has changed in any way. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Dęąth Viper 29. aug. 2017 kl. 21:55
have you tested it out thoroughly??
Boge 29. aug. 2017 kl. 21:54
Works with WotC
Nasarog 29. aug. 2017 kl. 12:19
Willl this be updated for War of the Chosen?
Lampros 25. aug. 2017 kl. 9:16
Got it. Thanks.
Sgt. Nutcracker  [ophavsmand] 25. aug. 2017 kl. 8:59
Not sure if there's anything to update. Currently works in base game and LW2. If the bleeding mechanic remains the same, no changes will be needed.
Lampros 22. aug. 2017 kl. 10:44
Will this be updated to be DLC-compatible?
Sgt. Foley 22. aug. 2017 kl. 0:38
Should've been in base game. You can pick up loot from dead squadmates, but you can pull the MediPack from a downed squaddie? Good mod, still works. I have LW with Supplementary LW mods, Overwatch All, UI and camera mods and haven't run into problem.

Great mod, simple and compatible. adds immersion and creates more gameplay moments, a must have in my opinoin.
=[NK]= Col. Jack O'Neil 29. juni 2017 kl. 4:39
Still works
Prophet Of Merci 27. juni 2017 kl. 22:57
Will this ever be updated? And does this still work with LW2 since we are nearly in july now with so many new mods and changes to LW2?
Rikuu 14. maj 2017 kl. 16:14
now you need heal me
so that if your injured you can use a dead guys medkit to heal yourself
he wont need it anymore ;)
Terminal Lance 1. apr. 2017 kl. 14:16
Literaly the most useful mod ever!
marshmallow justice 30. jan. 2017 kl. 6:29
can confirm it worked for me with LW2
Phantom 24. jan. 2017 kl. 15:56
for your information, this mod is working for me with LW2 the only thing that happened was i could heal a soldier with medkit who was not in range of medkit (one tile away from medkit range) so maybe this is a bug in combo with LW2
Dragon32 21. jan. 2017 kl. 9:14
@Phantom:
FYI, there's this comment on Long War 2 compatability:
Seems like it could work with LW2, but it was broken in Vanilla for me.

Phantom 20. jan. 2017 kl. 5:25
Is this compatibel with LW2? thanks
hamdawg87 15. jan. 2017 kl. 15:51
So I just had my medic get shot down and had to use this on him so he didn't bleed out. It worked in the academic sense, but the downed medic stayed in "ragdoll mode" so to speak, so every time I had him move after that I'd see his corpse fling itself in whatever direction I chose, trying to run the whole time but his legs were in the air so it was just rediculous to watch.

Love the idea, but could you please fix the self-righting code. I could see that he definitely tried to stand back up, but when he did, he was upside down, so he just fell to the ground again.
cdrive1 6. dec. 2016 kl. 21:30
I imagine that this one would play out like the following:
"OK OK...Bleeding, arm's a little fucked so...Oh perfect! Hey Cheeseface!"
"Yeah Bitchtits?"
"Get over here! I'd stablize myself but the arms aren't doing much of anything."
"OK Lets see..."
"No you idiot! Point the syringe toward me-OW!"
"Got it."
"OK...just gonna stay on the ground, arm's still fucked and you did just stab an entire needle directly into my already torn up abdomen..."
Dragon32 13. okt. 2016 kl. 10:43
Great update, thanks!

...and I didn't notice *blushes*
General Jack Ripper 1. sep. 2016 kl. 18:35
Is this mod compatible with the 'Always Bleed Out' mod?
Spaced_Out 13. aug. 2016 kl. 4:05
Hi Sgt. Nutcracker. Would you consider adding to this mod the ability to revive an unconscious soldier?
Jiroguitar 16. juli 2016 kl. 13:03
this mod is updated with the ultimate DLC? great mod!! ;)
Sgt. Nutcracker  [ophavsmand] 8. juli 2016 kl. 12:04
I concur, he's the man! :)

An aspiring XCOM2 modder without access to the latest expansion? We can't have that.

When you're next about, accept my friend request, then check your inventory. :xcom2ranger:
Sgt. Nutcracker  [ophavsmand] 5. juli 2016 kl. 12:10
Good to hear, thanks for clearing this out MINERAL-115! I don't yet have SLG myself so I couldn't confirm myself. The code should be compliant by default; it checks for the ability to stop bleeding out from the victim (ie. usually meaning it has a medikit) and if the victim has it, any soldier can stabilize the victim. It's pretty generic, so unless Firaxis completely overhauls the bleeding out mechanic it should keep on working.
MINERAL-115 3. juli 2016 kl. 6:26
JuggernautOfWar: Can confirm it working with SLG. Assuming milpski0 is embracing the "entitled gamer" stereotype for shits 'n gigs.
JuggernautOfWar 2. juli 2016 kl. 16:13
mlipski0 does this not work with Shen's Last Gift for you? It seems you have copy/pasted "please update mod to latest shen's last gift dlc" to multiple mod pages regardless of whether they actually work or not.
mlipski0 1. juli 2016 kl. 3:09
Please update mod to latest shen's last gift dlc.
doglywolf 25. juni 2016 kl. 13:26
Thank you so much , either i have the worst luck or the bad guys like to target the medic first because i can't tell you how often the first guy to go down is the only one with the med kit
GreenPhoenix 15. juni 2016 kl. 9:38
Question: Why isn't this in the base game?
TOMekbok 13. maj 2016 kl. 10:57
Does this work with the new dlc?
