@furo-nyan: thanks for the reference, WHH GT85 is also on my list, but at the moment i am texturing a school building (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typ_Dresden_Atrium) .

I would also love to see the WHH GT85, a more recent large panel tower also from Berlin East

Those ones were built in the late 1980s, mostly in the new districts Marzahn and Hohenschönhausen.

ah i just copied the numbers from an asset i found using rico, a formula is nice il change that as soon as i have time:)

I think it would suit the house if it was slightly bigger, but I think it's not really an big issue.
The next update in the RICO mod adds a interface in which you can change the number of households by yourself. :D

great asset! But I think it is possible to increase the level and the number of households. Because we accept for their homes as the number of households n*0.3, where n - the real number of households in the house. And the cost of the building - multiply the number of households for 2000. It would be nice if we could use one standard. :)
