reinstalling the addon.
If that don't work, then try this
1. Disable all addons expect for this one.
2. restart Gmod.
3. See if it works.
If it works, then there is another addon conflicting with my addon.
If it don't work, then try set your Garrys mod's graphic to high.

may have been models with the same name in the playermodel selection

2 restart Gmod.
3 See if it works.
If it work then add more addons on, to see which one there conflict with mine.

Also do other addons you have also have this problem?
Maybe reinstalling Garry's Mod might help too, but idk.
