The amonut of mods you have to download is ridiculous, you need to pre-package the materials and things.

RD2 is an old spacebuild 2 addon that is bundled with the ENRL Spacebuild 2 Extended addon.
What it does is allow for the loading, unloading and use of resources like water, steam, energy, oil, diesel, etc.. Currently however there is NO e2 oe acf intagration yet,
