This is not supposed to be realistic, read the description. Yes of course you can edit it on your own in official editor (steam/tools)

I like this mod but a few things are really unrealistic with the USA system. There is no promotion/relegation so that should be taken out. Restore the reserve teams like the vanilla game as well. Also put trading and drafting back in like the vanilla game. Other than that this is very good! (:
