Unfortunately, the board is rotated wrongly. The way how the pieces are placed now, the left bottom corner square for both players is light whereas it should always be dark. An easy fix would be to rotate the board 90 degrees while keeping the pieces in place.

There shouldn't be any parking lots for car on this. It kinda ruins the look of it.
