But.. he is exactly the same as he was in GTA 4. And the one in GTA 5 is missing stuff.

If I make him, he won't have his legs, hands, or feet. The Online model is wierd a is missing some stuff. And, he looks the exact same as he did he GTA 4, so why would I need to?
