nice! Anyone can try to create skyscrepers from Warsaw? for example Gold44, Warsaw Trade Tower, Q22, Warsaw Financial Center, Oxford Tower, Cosmopolitan, Marriott or Palace of Culture and Science?? There are some nice towers and I'll be so gratefull. :D

Great work! I like high detail lod models. Playing in high resolution you need it. 512 for lod of such a large building is minimum.

But the window looks does not reflect anything.

Well, I don't like low-res buildings either, but there is usually a happy-medium. Even reducing them by half, going from 1024 to 512 I'm sure will make quite the difference.

@Ziggy_Birdman I did some more testing ingame and yes I'll crack it down. 256 looks a bit too washed out for my taste so I'll go with 512x512px. :)

I've noticed most of your uniques are way high in the LOD, like others have noted. I'd go with a lower LOD as well. I think you'd get more subs and likely higher ratings. Not sure how much work it would be, or how much time you're willing to put into it, but you could always have a hi-res and standard version. Just like when people make a 1:1 & a 1:1:5 version or a ploppable and a growable version etc of uniques.

You've got a LOT of great buildings, but having them all in one city is quite taxing on GCs. Just a thought! Good work though, on all your buildings!

@Avanya hmm well ye you are prolly right .. it's just I'm a high resulution whore lmao but ye I'll crack it down to 512x512 maybe even 256x256 if the lower res is not much noticable at lower far distances

It is very doable as other skyscrapers on here show. You do know that 1024x1024 is the size most of the default buildings use for their main model right? Having a LOD texture that big is taxing people's graphic cards much more than a LOD texture should. If you're running out of texture space you might want to look into overlaying some areas - especially for a LOD that should be doable. And then there's always looking how others have done it - I know tony_r_68 (Zed68) is very good at getting crisp textures with good texture sizes. :)

@Avanya I don't want to have a washed out texture at any point that's why a meter in all of my LOD models is shown with 8px .. the buildings fasade of this mod has a height of ~212m so the facade is already ~896px in height.
256x256 for a construction of this size would be crazy ^^

Looks very nice - a few more pictures would be great though. ;) Also 1024x1024 is way too big for a LOD texture. It should be 256x256 or lower. :)
