I'm not sure what you'd mean by a theme pack? Like a collection or a district style?

i personaly like the buildings construction/ looks and id like to ask if i could use this building in an

I'd recommend anything of my own buildings ofc :p, or my friends Prosper and Feindbild for a good manhattan/NY theme.

Really nice! What are those gray buildings in the background, especially noticeable in picture 3? There's like 5 of them, really would like to know. And some of the surrounding buildings, too. :D

It's a growabled, you don't need RICO. Just use eye dropper tool.
