Fair enough! The idea was that some might work. But something that makes me curious is whether all Faversham scenarios would work. I guess they might need the 2012 route since it uses the old Rochester.

I mean some scenarios with AI around New Beckenham may not work either ;) (The track was changed slightly to join up Catford Bridge to the route to make it usable in the newer version of this route :) )

Fun trivia I discovered (Danny already knows this, but fun to share): the Workshop ID for this item appears in the Route Properties for the Dover/Ramsgate route. There is therefore a possibility that any scenarios made for this route may automatically work with the Dover/Ramsgate route. After subscribing to a scenario, go to the Workshop folder and find the item (a numbered folder matching the Workshop item in the 24010 folder) and open it to the Scenarios folder, then pluck it into the 00000101 Scenarios folder instead. Unsubscribe (to prevent two scenarios with the same ID loading in). Load the game and it should appear under Dover/Ramsgate, and you can try this out.

Note that it will appear as an "Official" scenario this way since it was not added the normal way for Workshop scenarios.

That said, any scenarios including the part between Strood and St. Pancras will not work on the payware because it's not included. So...don't move those.

@Danny That's good, I think the Chatham & Medway addon included the original Chatham Mainline although I don't know for certain.

It should do - the Medway route needs the original route too :) (which was included if I'm not mistaken, even the separate route too? )

Would it work with the Chatham & Medway Valley route or only with the original Chatham Mainline?

The way i've found is either to search for chatham main line scenarios, and then see if the scenario has this tag - "#rtdp{00000066-b000-0000-0000-000000002016}" or search for that on google - but that doesn't really work either (you'll get some at least).

It appears to be a scenario issue (did you press F2 and Cancel, this would have shown a missing marker)

It looks like one of the AI - named SE 2D06/2D09 - is looking for "Portal Swale" but this doesn't seem to exist on the route. I downloaded a clean version of the route off Workshop (so exactly the same as everyone else) and a clean copy of the scenario too just to be sure, and this is still the same. This train blocks other AI which in turn blocks the player.

(It has the same issue regardless of if the patch above is installed)

well that is what i thought but the timetable says the train is due to depart Sittingbourne at 06:03 and i waited until 06:19 no train and still would not let me pass i suspect the designer has a glitch in it maybe, i don't really know how they work i just like doing the scenarios

Are you waiting for a train to pass? It sounds like another train is pathed to cross in front of you first, hence the red signal (and the points not set for your train)

Sorry it is the Sheerness to Victoria scenario that starts at Sittingbourne you get a red light which is not passable and if you turn of the red light ends game option it derails you just outside the station because the points are against you

What is the scenario? (a little more info would help so I can see what's wrong :) )

This looks great. However before download I was wondering, will this work with "Chatham Mainline & Medway Valley Line" dlc or do I specifically need "Chatham Mainline : London to Gillingham" since I am under the impression that the first is just the expanded version of the second.

Hmmm... I will try enlisting the Class 395 Javelin to both and see what happens. Really what I'm trying to do is add a few along the line from St. Pancras to Faversham, purely for realism reasons (or to put it another way, OCD). :)

These routes themselves don't have a preload folder but DTG/LondonGillingham (Chatham Main Line), and also RSC/KentHighSpeed :) (the two main ones)

Oh I know there are some AI on all the QD scenarios, I just wanted to add a few Javelin Class 395s and Southern branded Class 377s to them, but I wasn't able to. I'm unfamiliar with the Blueprint Editor sadly so I've always used good ol' RW tools.

Do these two routes have PreLoad folders? That could help me narrow it down a bit. :)

(although to note - the scenarios should have some ai in places though :) As for the route guid, i haven't made quick drive consists via RW Tools, i've always used the blueprint editor :), although there should be some AI in this route and the other one at least :)

Hi Danny. Not sure if you're still active on here or not but I'll try anyway. Love the 2016 route, its a new favourite of mine particularly your QD scenarios. I modify QD routes in my spare time (e.g. adding rolling stock and AI) and I'm looking to add a few Javelins and Southern C377s to this. However I'm struggling with the <RouteGUID d:type="cDeltaString"> as well as the <cConsistValidRoute d:id=""> of the route. Are you able to help me out with this at all?

Yes, although apparently it is possible to merge other routes but a lot of work (including an offset of up to 700m which would be a nightmare for London Victoria :) - it would be far too much work for me personally as well.

Great route, but I'd maybe like to see this linked up with thew new PDL and the chatham/medway valley lines. Then we could do the old southern Portsmouth harbour to London victoria service

I have a complicated situation with my steam. My steam for some reason will not connect to my internet, I have tried everything that steam recommends and it still will not work, I do not have access to workshop from the PC which runs Train Simulator.

It isn't on my website - the only way to get this route is to press subscribe.
