If you could that'd be pretty great. You have a decent number of mods that are effectively basic gameplay features for a lot of people. I have to remind myself for example that for some reason the -12 on taxes is this mod and not Vanilla, which frankly it really should be.
Maybe small groupings based on what they change? So say, this, Happiness matters and better trade as an economy pack of sorts? But yeah, regardless, if you do some kind of pack it'd be very welcome.

That's true. :) Problem with mod collections is that everybody has a different taste when it comes to what changes should be included. Maybe I will release a mod with my personal favorites, but I won't make submods for everybody.

I agree with you TrialAvel however this mod authoer does not like to respond to people in comments.

Hello my friend! Your mods are really good, and at this point, I can't play without them! Just one question... would you consider putting this mods (Better Trade, Better Sieges, Public Order rebalanced, Better Autoresolve, No Tax Matters and Happiness Matters) in one single mod? I have some mods installed, and unfortunatly, sometimes my game crashes. I know its not your problem, but if you have the time... it would be so awsome if you could make a single mod with all those mods! Thanks for your amazing work!

So should the AI be getting -12 from taxes but +12 for simply being ai on hard difficulty because thats what im getting

Still I think the public order hit to the player should be just a little lessened.

Very cool mod, it was always weird seeing AI near always have perfect 100+ happiness whatever you do.

Heya, thanks for making this awesome mod! I just featured this mod in the Ultimate Total War: Warhammer Mod Collection: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=716794585

How to adjust load order?
Sleepy 16 Jun, 2016 @ 6:15pm
@DinoCrackers I've noticed if you eliminate the public order bonus completely on the ai's part, there are constant rebellions. I guess its up to personal playstyle, but it definitely seems to weaken the overall experience for me.

@Zarkis I am excited to try this mod and see how the ai does. :) :) Thank you!

I like this mod but I want one without the public order bonus to AI at all - there is a mod that does this but doesn't have your tax penalty that I like. Thoughts on dropping the PO bonuses altogether and only having the tax penalty? I think the game could use more rebellions, late game gets static.

I released another mod called NO TAX MATTERS with the same chnages to the tax mechanic but without public order balance changes.

I Love the tax idea, but why the positive PO for higher difficulties?
Zarkis  [author] 29 May, 2016 @ 5:06am
I updated the files. Should work now with other mods.
Kungen 29 May, 2016 @ 4:50am
:-(, renamed with aaa, still my orks have -16 with extort on -4 with extort off on "very hard" with this mod. Doesn't seem to work at all with radious overhaul mod.
Zarkis  [author] 28 May, 2016 @ 3:47pm
You have to rename the mod because the mod launcher has no load order functionality. Find your Total War Wahammer\data directory. Rename zar_public_order_rebalanced.pack to aaa_zar_public_order_rebalanced.pack.
Kungen 28 May, 2016 @ 2:22pm
How do you change the load order without renaming the mod? I also have radious mod.. so with this mod I get -16 order with tax on on very hard and -4 with tax off.. without this mod I get -8 with tax on and -4 with tax off.. I can't handle the -16 in the early game so I can't have this mod on.
The Baron 28 May, 2016 @ 8:43am
Ah, I misunderstood the mod first time around! However, I still have -12 with tax on, +0 tax off and +1 difficulty. So I should be seeing +7 difficulty... which makes me think it's almost certainly a problem on my end from the mod conflicting with one of the dozen other mods I have running. :P I don't have any other specific public order mods, but it's possibly Radious causing the conflict. I'll try changing the load order later.

I rewrote the description. I hope the effect of removing taxes is more clear now.
Zarkis  [author] 28 May, 2016 @ 8:05am
Guys, math! :) Tax is set to -12 and you get a bonus from the difficulty settings unlike vanilla. Net effect is better then vanilla. In vanilla on hard difficulty you would get 0 from tax and - 6 from diffculty settings. With the mod and taxes off you get +4.
The Baron 28 May, 2016 @ 6:48am
Playing on easy and similarly to the previous comments tax on is -12 and tax of is 0. Something screwed up maybe?
Zarkis  [author] 28 May, 2016 @ 4:15am
On very hard you should have -12 from tax and +4 from difficulty (as you can see in the screenshot above), which means the net result is -8. On vanilla you get - 4 from tax and -6 from difficulty level, so the mod gives you +2 more.
Kungen 27 May, 2016 @ 5:18pm
Agreed, my orks have -12 when extort is on, +0 when extort is turned off. This is tested on normal. On Very hard I have -12 from extort on and -4 from difficulty.
