also, for the materials, I'd reccomend creating lightwarps for the skin and the clothes so they look a bit more cartoonish. It could also help hide some of the sparse smoothing errors.

The ragdoll doesn't work because it's not a ragdoll. You didn't compile it with physics. It doesn't have a collision model and I'm not sure it has collision joints (I haven't yet decompiled it myself).

I might be working on some more playermodels, but I want to make last seasons best girl first.

Yes, I made the model myself in Blender.
It's far from perfect, but a big improvment over my older models.
