This looks great! Much thanks!
Wulfram 29 Jun, 2018 @ 2:10pm
Does it stack with the March stance?

Is it useful to use this together with SFO? Or is sth similar already implemented in SFO?
Lampros 3 Dec, 2017 @ 11:39am
Just saw that. Thanks ;)
Dresden  [author] 3 Dec, 2017 @ 11:20am
There is a version for wh2
Lampros 3 Dec, 2017 @ 9:25am
Does this work for WH2?
Wendersnaven 3 Dec, 2017 @ 9:17am
Thanks for your work again Dresden.

Most people watch everything at 30fps, so I find it kind of pathetic when the Elitist FPS crowd have to piss and moan about something they can't readily detect without a little number in the corner of the screen telling them they are missing out on the maximum possible. The superiority complex of these people actually verifies their inferiority, when they are too stupid to realize the mod has absolutely no noticable impact, yet the temperature in the room they're in does. If they'd stop all that the hot air from spewing out of their mouth, they might fix the issue ... :KneelingBow:
Blade 25 Nov, 2017 @ 11:35pm
All right, it is a pity.
Dresden  [author] 25 Nov, 2017 @ 11:27pm
It could be that in a very specific circumstance you lose a small percentage of FPS, I have no idea. My point was that this mod is a very simple setup so there would be nothing for me to fix, I can't change the way the mod works.
Blade 25 Nov, 2017 @ 5:40pm
Then I am the first one who reported this bug after 900 comments.

All right, if you say so. The game doesn't have that problem without your mod, so there must be nothing wrong with the game system. I just tested your mod again several minutes ago, and problem is there, drops 12-15% of usage and around 15-20fps. The strange thing is that since you say this is just a simple mod which add a effect to buildings, then how does a simple mod affect the graphic card performance?
Please understand I am trying to help this mod, I said everything here after I did the experiments which just cost me 2 minutes. Did you do the same experiments before your reply?
Dresden  [author] 25 Nov, 2017 @ 5:18pm
Hundreds of thousands of people use this mod and I have never seen this issue. As I said, its the same effect found on other buildings already in the game.

Even if it is something that is caused by the mod, there is nothing I can do about it. Its a very simple mod, it adds 1 effect to buildings.
Blade 25 Nov, 2017 @ 1:24pm
No, like what I said, I test the game with your mod only, and FPS drops in the situations below. Then I test the game without your mod, problem just disappear. ( And of course I already checked the completeness of game files.)
In fact, you could see the situation yourself which it won't cost you more than 2 minutes. I tested your mod 2 times yesterday and 1 time today so that I don't want to wrong your hardwork because this is a useful mod.
Dresden  [author] 25 Nov, 2017 @ 11:11am
This mod adds 1 effect to buildings, the same effect that many other buildings already have in the game. If its causing FPS drops you have an issue besides just the mod.
Blade 24 Nov, 2017 @ 11:46pm
I move my mice on that Worldroot button (but didn't click it), FPS and usage drop. Then I move my mice away, FPS and usage just come back.
Blade 24 Nov, 2017 @ 11:31pm
Evening, author. After using your mod for a while, I found a bug with this one. When I played with Wood Elves or Argwylon campaign with this mod only, when I select an army and trying to choose its moving mode from normal to "Underway/Worldroot", I could exactly feel the game FPS drops. I use GPU software and find that, it drops almost 20-25% of graphic card usage(From 99% to 75%), and FPS drops at least 20fps. I also find that even if I don't click the "Worldroot" button, I just move my mice on that button, the former situation would also appear.
If I run the game without this mod, then the problem disappear. Luckily, this mod doesn't show these situations clearly on dwarf army's "Underway" mode. Anyway, could you please take a look and check these problem?
Thank you.

@Emiya Muljomdao
I'm sorry that I have to return to this comment thread because this has dragged on too long already. However I can't not ask. In what reality does anything of what was said have anything to do with trolling?

Keep calm and do not feed the trolls

@Allan You got nothing better to do than judge other people for having an opinion?
a tree 22 Sep, 2017 @ 1:52pm
@Stonef0rge and you have nothing better to do, than to judge other people for how they wish to play their game?
Stoneforge 7 Sep, 2017 @ 9:04am
@Emiya Muljomdao WTF!? If you want to cheat so badly you can do it without a mod like this.
Emiya Muljomdao 11 Aug, 2017 @ 9:50pm
can you please make a mod that only gives bonus to player ?
like 50% or 100% movement bonus for player only :sadelf:
munceymonster 10 Aug, 2017 @ 12:14pm
Thanks so much for updating this, i've been being kited by dwarves
svendalsgaard 10 Aug, 2017 @ 12:09pm
Can you pls update this mod to work with the Norsca dlc? =)

Updated for Norsca patch
Robert Montjoy 18 Jul, 2017 @ 9:44am
Hi there!

First things first: Many thanks for this Mod!

But is it just my imagination or does this mod don't work if you do have one or more heroes in your army? If yes, this could be the reason why this mod work for some players and for others not.

If yes, is there a possipility to make Heroes go faster, at least the speed of the army theyre in?

And I second that: Faster Movement in your home countries absolutely make sense! It's just a matter of logistics or resistance in the population. If this is achieved by making home units faster or foreign units slower is imho personal taste.

Greeting from Switzerland
Robert

I might be wrong but the ai force march wich is 50% movement increase, even with this mod its only 25% increase, thats why you can't catch the ai with this mod? :) you can force march for a 75% movement bonus then then you can't attack hehe
Driss 30 May, 2017 @ 10:55pm
I think it might have been my embedded agents slowing me down.
Dresden  [author] 30 May, 2017 @ 1:44pm
I have no idea. It could be many things. They may have campaign bonuses to movement from items, skills, etc. Are you sure you have the mod activated?
Driss 30 May, 2017 @ 1:34pm
Why can the Dwarves outrun me in my own lands then?
Dresden  [author] 30 May, 2017 @ 12:37pm
It only increases army move distance in their home provinces. It doesn't guarantee you will catch everyone. Its a simple campaign bonus to movement speed.
Driss 30 May, 2017 @ 11:04am
It increases my move distance but I still cannot catch anyone. Is it increasing everyone's move distance everywhere?
Juvenoia 10 Apr, 2017 @ 5:21am
i don't know if i was doing something wrong, but, with the 10% mod every army would still squeak away from me if i encounter them and they ran from the battle. I was unable to catch them the second time i tried to fight almost 100% of the time, as if the mod wasn't doing anything. The only other mods i am running are camera mod and Steel Faith. This not compatible with SF? I'll try this 25% and see if it fixes my issue and report back if i don't get a response in meantime. Also, thanks for the mod =)
Lampros 25 Mar, 2017 @ 9:37am
Love it. Then 10 percent boost version was inadequate when you also use the mod that slows down the army when there are artillery units present.
// 14 Mar, 2017 @ 3:30pm
Thank you! I will try this out tonight. ;)
panderson61 9 Mar, 2017 @ 12:54pm
Good Mod - thanks
Dresden  [author] 7 Mar, 2017 @ 5:14pm
No it shouldnt
Blahto Blahtoto 7 Mar, 2017 @ 1:26pm
Does the mods disappear on launcher when you're offline??

Updated for Bretonnia DLC/patch
builder680 3 Jan, 2017 @ 5:49pm
I got this thinking it would stop the AI from doing its infinite kiting thing. I can move further but still get infinitely kited.
Brygun 2 Jan, 2017 @ 9:57am
I think this is a very good idea. I see game issues. Also it is more realisitic that local armies can easily get supplies like food and water. Enemy armies had to raid, force or forage for supplies. There wasn't fridges in medieval times so feeding a large force was problematic. (this is fantasy but close enough)
Revelation 25 Dec, 2016 @ 9:23am
This is perfectly done, thank you! (it actually doen't seem OP at all that wood elves would move in the woods at 1/4th faster than normal humans/others
Dresden  [author] 8 Dec, 2016 @ 11:33am
Updated for latest patch/DLC
Zef 8 Dec, 2016 @ 10:15am
Please update for wood elves DLC.
Rustic Clover 25 Nov, 2016 @ 1:55pm
It's working. I think my army being in mountain passes just makes them not have as much movement range.
Dresden  [author] 25 Nov, 2016 @ 1:53pm
Works for me, make sure its activated.
Rustic Clover 24 Nov, 2016 @ 9:05pm
Yeah, this mod doesn't seem to be functioning anymore. Now my armies move at a snail's pace.
Dresden  [author] 16 Nov, 2016 @ 4:03pm
I updated it for the new factions, I assume you got the update (should do so automatically). You can try deleting/resubscribing.

Also make sure its activated in mod manager.
911 Helldriver 16 Nov, 2016 @ 1:58pm
Used to be working find on latest patch when playing dwarves. Now playing a Wurrzag Orc Campaign and I am kited by enemy armies all the time. Neither the 10 % nor the 25 % versions seem to be working
Jaako210 1 Nov, 2016 @ 1:27pm
Thanks for making this! And isn't it quite realistic that your troops can move farther in your own territory because of familiar terrain? Or at least to think that your armies are guided in your territory by loyal local subjects. Anyway, thank you very much!
Wh♂♂par 31 Oct, 2016 @ 2:50am
To be fair, this mod isn't titled as "catch any enemy inside your borders".
It's making it easier, but not guaranteed.
So, whoever claims that this mod is shit for that reason, kind of missed the point.

It's to give you a movement bonus, so that you can move quicker through your territory.
That is what is being said, promised and given.

Have your main recruitment region somewhere far from the main battle line? Useful to be quicker in your own territory.
Herrick 30 Oct, 2016 @ 4:59pm
This is great! :)
