I'm playing 3.0 without this mod now (and many others that I disabled to make sure this time I can get a few achievements) and so far the game sends me a notification everytime my federation leader changes. So maybe this is the new normal now.

Wait, what? Comments are saying the vanilla game will now automatically inform you when it's your turn to lead the Federation. I've never received such a notification. Do you have to enable it in-game somehow?

Would you just have the mod removed, or at least make it clear in the description, this is no longer needed for up to date games???

@Tullius - the author noted, back in December, that these functions are part of the game now and this mod is no longer necessary.

I haven't gotten to a federation in 1.8 yet so I didn't realise they had.

If that's the case then awesome. I hope everyone continues to enjoy Stellaris! I'm looking forward to some time off work to play through the new DLC properly.

Just updated the version info so it loads with 1.5.*

Nice to see that the mod still being updated.. But I still wonder why Paradox include so many useless spamming notifications and still did not do such simple and useful thing as this mod does
