please make spell effect catch up with unit motion

@PSG: I don't think this mod would crash with those. Maybe if you have a mod that also affects the same tables, so something that changes ranged units or spells might conflict.
maybe crash game.
I'm still testing though ... Searing Doom is definitely stronger, but I'm not sure about the spell durations. The tooltip says they're longer, but the visual effect goes away.
