Slipit1, Could you try it on a new game... sometimes when you install DLC's a new game is required because scripts conflict with old save games.... You know... sometimes I believe the game developers as they steal modder ideas... release DLC's to kill assets.... they killed 214....218 of mine so far. I don't use Harbor because of all the assets and mods it has killed.

I recently got the NULL as well after long time using, I just added Harbor DLC. that might be it?

Got the null error as well. I have Mass Transit and Green Cities DLCs, if that matters.

I had an issue with the NULL error as well. I have Mass transit DLC so that might be the issue.

The Null error is due to a missing or conflicting reference number. This asset should not have a Null issue so curious if you are and specifically with this asset.

Yes, this produces electricity and should absolutely be compatible with Green Cities.

Ah... It should work without After Dark, however there are some changes that come with After Dark. I checked my city and they are being used so let the stand a few game days, it does take awhile for the Cims to acknoledge they are there as with most assets. Keep me posted!

Yeah it's odd, they are preferring to park cars on the roadside instead of using them. It's a bit annoying not being able to work out what's going wrong.

Your Cims should use them, however most often they will not unil building parking is used first.

Yes they still all have the blue markers to designate parking. I put them near shopping center areas and by schools and at my industrial zones.

Are the parking markers still in place after saving it and are you placing them in heavy zones?

Thanks for the answer Populous. I managed to get round it by loading your asset in the editor and saving it. It now works as a solar power facility but my citizens do not use it as a parking lot; they ignore it completley! I am having that same problem with all parking lots tho, noone is using them, so it seems to be something generally going wrong with the game.

Hello Got to be Real, a lot of people are having this issue with a lot of assets, while other people using the same asset has no issue and to date I have searched by find no resolution to the game issue. Some say this goes away after some play time and a couple loads, but I can't duplicate the issue on three machines....

I cannot use it the requirement says "construct NULL" and is greyed out.
