Well if you can't afford the game, you could download the textures off of the internet and put them in your textures folder. There are tutorial videos on how to do this. Cause everyone gets tired of seeing :missing: after a while.

If you don't have Counter strike source I would strongly recommend you get it as you can't see certain props and textures without it.
