Myreedemlll That is a addon, called Gibmod. So if anyone wants the gore, you need GibMod.

@Terrie-Kind people make me happy No, you can load this map without it and use the contraptions on ragdolls but it's obviously recommended that you use this gore mod with it: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=705020400&searchtext=
