If you take a look you can see that he have set the stats to be the same as the blood knights in vanilla (of course they use the unmounted stats)
I don't actually know for sure how can you do it, but maybe you can add the battle_entity_tables and change the entry that you want. However this will modify also other unit's stat..
After that i cannot help you anymore as i am not so expert..maybe you can change the reference in land_unit_table to make this unit unique and then create your row in battle_entity...but i don't really know what this can do to other related tables

Thanks alot God of Urging and islanderz671 for saving me time having to check each mod manually
just tried them against a unit of black orcs and they got smashed to a bloody pulp.
for 1700 their damage is really bad , only 9 armour piercing and their +5 bonus vs infantry doesn't help much either. if they cost 1700 they should beat the crap out of any infantry in the game really.
