Update: Im Currently Busy with life and the like and I'm sorry I didn't get around to the new Update. So I wanted to make a statement.
From this point forward, I give the Entire XCOM community the permission to Edit and update Any and all of my mods as they so choose. No-one is expected to credit me for it if they don't want to. Ya this isnt the best version, My LW perks is a LOT better and more like how i wanted it to be.

I think this might have the problem I mentioned on your other mod too, from looking at it's size. (not gonna use it 'cuz already using Assassin-Class, which is way too similiar ^^")
