the alien nerf was desperatley needed. We where always an alien biased 7v7 server, but 95% alien wins was just not fun anymore.

Well, I was wondering why everything about this seemed so unofficial about this (low number of subscribers, no rating etc.) and it nerfed so onesidedly. I mean, it's not what I'd expect from public servers, though that isn't quite comparable to NSL.

We are testing the mod at this time. Additional changes will probably be made. We are looking to balance the game as best we can and improve the game for comp play. It may seem like a nerf to aliens looking at the values. Aliens received abilities in the vanilla game that people felt would not work for competitive play. Let's see how it plays out.

Are these the official NSL values? Doesn't seem like that but it rather seems like a huge Alien nerf by whiny Marine?
