I guess the issue is more that most C:S assets are too small, then. This thing is bigger than the vanilla "luxury hotel."

Great asset, but too large and out of scale.

Anychance you will do more of these low-rise hotels like Days Inn , Comfort Inn, Marriot, Hilton Garden Inn, Super 8, ect... ?

Hi there, I'm a reporter for VICE who writes a column where I regularly interview interesting mod creators. Any chance you'd be up for talking with me? Thanks. patrick.klepek@vice.com

Naperville! What are the odds I'd run into this here. Haha, great - thanks.

@Syparo - Ok thanks for a quick response. What are your thoughts on a Motel 6?
Syparo 16.7.2016 klo 4.42
@FAILZORD - This is why I was telling you to use the "Not so Unique Buildings" mod by BloodyPenguin. This mod is functional with the vanilla game and you can build one unique building many times with it.

@Dog Turds - This building is a "Unique Building".

Maybe I misunderstood. Thought the Best Western would show up under parks. I dont see it under the parks icon.
Gordon Freeman 15.7.2016 klo 10.57
Please do Motel 6!:steamhappy:
FAILZORD 15.7.2016 klo 9.54
@Syparo - Yes I know about RICO, but I mention a park version for those who are playing vanillia, don't use RICO or cannot run RICO.

Looks great and pretty accurate. RiCO would be awesome.
Kodybod 14.7.2016 klo 20.13
can you do a Hampton inn,Days inn,Holiday Inn,Red Lion and other US Motels also can you do US interstate exit signs for these motels?
Syparo 14.7.2016 klo 19.28
@--JR--, @ FAILZORD, It's not necessary to have a park version to plop this asset multiple times. The RICO version or the "not so unique" mod by BloodyPenguin allow that and it's much more interesting than a park version.
@ Svenpotsdam. Thank you for this asset, it's a beautifull one as ever. For RICO I think it must be a level 2 commercial asset with a leisure and hotel ability. it could cost between 20000 to 30000 and have 50 to 60 workers with a 10%, 40%, 40%, 10% distribution by education level. With that it must be near the reality. I can't wait to see the next asset, thanks a lot.
girlfromverona 14.7.2016 klo 18.43
Love it! Thanks.
--JR-- 14.7.2016 klo 18.26
Would also like a park version...
FAILZORD 14.7.2016 klo 17.21
Nice job on this :)
Would say able to make it a Park item version? So able to place multiple in the city then just one that Unique limits it to.
Соединенные Штат 14.7.2016 klo 15.08
Great building! A rico version would be great! Maybe Level 2, 20-25 workers
