Got anything similar, but for out-of-atmosphere use?

Wow this things got some massive carrying capacity like the look a lot to reminds me of some of the old bi planes but without the second set of wings over all very well done :)

If Void-Corp sends a cruiser and lies about it. ISB Centurion Destroyers will whip it in its place :P

@FoxTops Thanks!
@Dogy1015 lol :)

OFFICIAL DISCLAIMER: *tiny font* carrying planets may require more than the rated lifting capacity of this vehicle any crashes explosions or downright idiotic failures are not in anyway related to poor manufacturing of this craft and gopescope is in no way accountable. refunds are unavailable and gopescope will deploy a vc cruiser to anyone who says otherwise. PS NO REFUNDS DEAL WITH IT :steamhappy:

hey Gope! I love your designs! Kee(n)p it up!

You can! (tiny font: if it weighs no more than up to 136,000 kg) ;)
Nioreux 22 Jul, 2016 @ 7:55pm
can I carry a planet?
PotentiallyDodgy 22 Jul, 2016 @ 12:46pm
hmm i might be able to increase my dropships capacity...
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 22 Jul, 2016 @ 12:42pm
There's some slop in the testing so it is possible earth and alien are closer than what is listed, but the results surprised me too. These tests and figures are all with realistic settings btw. Anyway, my best guess is that the alien planet's denser atmosphere causes the atmo-thrusters to be more effecient than they are in the Earth-like atmosphere. Evidently so much more that it makes up for the higher gravity and then some.
PotentiallyDodgy 22 Jul, 2016 @ 9:49am
um why is the alien planet max payload higher than earth and mars given theres more gravity there just saying?
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 21 Jul, 2016 @ 11:52am
If you feel like it is warranted, but really the concept of a dropship or carryall was certainly not my original idea :) I'd love to see your ship and video - I'm looking forward to it!
InnerSpace 21 Jul, 2016 @ 11:36am
Gopescope, this inpired me to make my own carryall (a large ship version) and make a Youtube video showcasing it, do you want me to credit you for insperation?
InnerSpace 21 Jul, 2016 @ 11:32am
Dune is the best!
PotentiallyDodgy 21 Jul, 2016 @ 4:20am
lol yup
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 20 Jul, 2016 @ 12:29pm
Nice! Ya i want to use rotors and pistons.. but Keen still doesn't want them used for exploration ships - which is mainly what I go for with my builds. We need moving parts to engineer properly am I right? ;)
PotentiallyDodgy 20 Jul, 2016 @ 8:46am
i have a lander saved that can lift 300% of its own weight *the secret is rotors*
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 20 Jul, 2016 @ 7:43am
Sort of, the idea for its function and its name are inspired by Dune - I love Dune :)
InnerSpace 20 Jul, 2016 @ 7:39am
Oh my God, is this the Carryall from the Dune Games?
Snuzifer 20 Jul, 2016 @ 4:02am
very nice design. its looks so great
Joshua Norton 17 Jul, 2016 @ 1:25pm
i see, looking forward to it then :)
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 17 Jul, 2016 @ 1:05pm
Looks cool Ironwatsas, i'd be curious to see what its like in SE :)
EdgarAllanPwn  [author] 17 Jul, 2016 @ 1:05pm
Thanks!
*Joshua Norton - that's right, it isn't designed for flight between a planet and space - just for hauling things around in the atmosphere of a planet. There will be a an overhaul of the military lander, and I have a civilian lander nearly finished however; and, both of those can reach orbit
That Gaming Titan 17 Jul, 2016 @ 10:13am
Looks good
Mage from Disgaea 17 Jul, 2016 @ 7:09am
You cheeky devil you. I was going to build something like this.

Actually I kind of already have, but only in Garry's mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=440239108
Time to convert it into Space Engineers!
Joshua Norton 17 Jul, 2016 @ 1:28am
looks pretty good and functional, sadly it doesn't seem to be able to reach orbit, correct?
