@(insert Multiple Insults) Dude, that's an awesome idea!

just a suggestion, but i think colonists track in dirt, so maybe you can make a rug that stops that from happening intill they step on dirt again :3?

Updated to Alpha 16, different file so people stil using A14 don't get borked:

You can also find all the versions (12-16) on the Nexus:

Is this getting an update?

this mod work fine on A15, you can change target version in About.xml to 0.15.1284 so it would not show version error at start
OpHeroList 21 Sep, 2016 @ 10:53am
Lookin for A15 version when its possible ^^
Minnowmize 29 Aug, 2016 @ 3:55am
Hey fisty, love the mod hope to see it for A15 :)

Could it be possible to make some sort of sterile carpet, that gives cleanliness to a room like the default sterile floor tiles do? Cupropanda's anti-fatigue mats give 5 cleanliness but they're too small.
Fisty  [author] 24 Aug, 2016 @ 1:44pm
No it doesn't, they're purely decorative. We've talked about adding the code for it but don't want to copy her (his?) mod. I personally use both mods, though the dirt catching door mats could use some more color options in my opinion.. we matched the color options of our rugs to T-Mod's extra floors and the dirt catcher mats don't include those extra colors.
Lethann 23 Aug, 2016 @ 9:37pm
Question, does your doormats work like LT-Doormat in that it helps control dirt more? If not I suggest trying to or working with Latta to make a unified mod, which would be totally awesome.
Fisty  [author] 12 Aug, 2016 @ 2:48pm
Awesome, post a link when you have one! :D
Feniks_Gaming 12 Aug, 2016 @ 1:12pm
Amazing job thanks a lot that will be great help. Added your mod to my collection I will be playing on youtube with. Thanks for super quick response.
Fisty  [author] 12 Aug, 2016 @ 12:40pm
There ya go, all fixed.
Fisty  [author] 12 Aug, 2016 @ 12:26pm
We fixed it in a round about way.. was annoying us too that recycling clothes filled up the stockpile with a bunch of cloth. We added a recipe to the dye table that lets you bleach the cloth back to regular default so it can be used in normal building. It doesn't take much work time and does 10 pieces (of any colors) at once. I'll push the update through in a few minutes. :)
Feniks_Gaming 12 Aug, 2016 @ 4:32am
Hi mate I have a problem with your mod. Your multi-coloured cloths are not classed as vanilla cloths for a purpose of building items. Is that intentional or omission? And any chance it could be fixed?
[HARK] Mr. Viking 4 Aug, 2016 @ 8:02pm
@Darc Clan Yea I must have been using an old version or something, it works now, although the debug menu still gives the warning while loading, but works fine ingame. ;)
Fisty  [author] 4 Aug, 2016 @ 5:43pm
Delete the comma from the end of Darc's imgur link for it to work..
DarcClan 4 Aug, 2016 @ 2:12pm
@ Sekmeth, I looked at my work tab, and I see Dye and Rug in the expanded work tab so it already is supported http://imgur.com/a/Zpemq , I'm also not getting the warnings that you are in your previous message, I'm using both mods from the workshop are you as well?
[HARK] Mr. Viking 3 Aug, 2016 @ 12:17pm
@Fisty thank you :) The mods doesnt break each other, it just makes it so you cant (easily) micromanage the job tasks from your mod, i.e. set MakeRug to a high priority in crafting. Here is a link to his mod:

Its not a big deal, just wondered if it was possible and if you wanted to :)
Fisty  [author] 3 Aug, 2016 @ 2:46am
Darc has been running with that mod, I'll have him poke at it tomorrow.
[HARK] Mr. Viking 2 Aug, 2016 @ 9:08am
Hi. Would it be possible if you have time to make this mod more compatible with FluffyTabs? :)

STREUNGT, thank you for the laughs xD
Fisty  [author] 26 Jul, 2016 @ 9:08pm
Okay, updated the files.. added the 6x8 rug, changed the default textures to have smaller edge shadowing. I left the darker set and a shadowless set in the texture folder if you prefer to use them instead.
STREUNGT 26 Jul, 2016 @ 5:15pm
Really ties the room together
Fisty  [author] 26 Jul, 2016 @ 2:30pm
@Sugarskull: 6x8 rug is done and added into the code, remaking the texture 'cause I didn't save out an unshadowed version yesterday.

@Seafiish: I agree with you, the heavy shadow is due to feedback on the Ludeon forums that my original version looked too flat. I don't want to have two verions but I'm resaving these with a thinner edging so it fits in better. Hoepfully the middle ground will keep (almost) everyone happy.
minimumstats 26 Jul, 2016 @ 3:49am
The rug designs are lovely, but the shadowing at the edges is pretty high contrast in comparison to the rest of RimWorld art. (For example compare the left line of the butcher's table with the right line of that purple rug in your preview.) It's much more noticeable with the darker colors and smaller sizes, too. Would you consider releasing a no-or-almost-no-shadows version that's much 'flatter' to the ground? Thank you :+)
Fisty  [author] 25 Jul, 2016 @ 6:58pm
Ah, okay.. I was thinking of trying to make some more traditional like persian carpets that require multiple colors of cloth, a road play rug would be similar.

6x8 rug would be usefull.. will work on that first. =)
dismarzero 25 Jul, 2016 @ 5:57pm
dismar was here!
sugarskull 25 Jul, 2016 @ 3:34pm
I really like this mod, and the added bonus of colored clothing is very cool! Thank you. I do wish there was a 6x8 rectangular rug to fit around the large table and chairs. There is 4x6 but bigger is better! I also wish there were dyed versions of devilstrand (for the clothing). :-D
Khaylain 24 Jul, 2016 @ 4:45pm
As far as I understand he's asking about that childrens play carpet that depicts a city with roads and buildings. Might not be feasible with the limited graphics available, though.
This seems like a nice mod
Fisty  [author] 24 Jul, 2016 @ 1:15am
I don't understand what you mean by that..
Pirate34 21 Jul, 2016 @ 11:11pm
Will you be adding a car carpet city rug?
