This looks more like a Halloween effect than a generic military one.

Even though it's not flashy, it's probably the most awesome looking unusual that doesnt include some glowing effects, I'd definitely buy a hat with this effect, it's basically nuts n bolts but actually good

i think the dirt makes it look kinda like nuts n bolts, but red particles would look much cooler imo, great job really though
