:D Thanks, buddy!
16..17 FPS
Thanks. Yes, watching it going crazy can be very funny.. And laggy
@Elkstone
I'm not living that near to the pit. But i drove along it a few weeks ago, theres an autobahn directly next to the pit, in a few years 288 will eat it :-D
10/10
:D not the rotors are going to explode, but the pistons! :D
@tanus11
Learning by doing, in the beginning i used to build very simple-shaped things. It takes a while but than you get used to it.
@( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Gerne ;-)
@kajikimusha1
It is designed for 1g gravity. It would be useless in Space.
@owmeow
I think Adamant Narwhal is right, use a big mod-drill or just build a ship with many drills on it and drill with the right mouse button to go faster.
@Adamant Narwhal
Thank you mate, it took about 2 weeks to build it. One week for the basic functions and one for detailing.
@owmeow: There are some drill mods that cover larger areas than the vanilla ones, I would suggest using those. Or, if you really want to stay vanilla, a crap-ton of drills should fit the bill.
Freut mich, dass er dir gefällt. Ich habe ca 2 Wochen gebraucht.
@bobby72006
No mate, it has been build in the 1970s by Krupp in germany. It was designed for open pit mining operations in western germany and its still working today. I've seen it multiple times, the last time i saw it, it inspired me to build it in SE.
@Cheetah
Yes, you are totally right. I play SE since december 2013. I have build hundreds of ships and machines, of course simple ones at first. But after the game evolved and the workshop opened i just didn't want to release standard stuff, machines you have seen a hundred times before. I'm just too lazy to publish most of my builds, i have that many blueprints saved i don't know what or how many^^ I just love building complex machines and figuring out how to get them work. So i just release my "special" builds, things i really like or that are very unusual or things that have never been released before. Simple machines can be a challene, no doubt. But i try to make my Co-Engineers happy with some new things and ideas. And if they are happy, i am.
There's actually a challenge to build a ship simple enough yet extremely useful, especially if you are working in a small space limit (say, 7x7x20). Yet it's not so much as a challenge as building something like this , but I'm just all into things compact, simple, and totally fail-proof as possible. If you are into building things large and complex, it's nice too, and it means we are both enjoying the game! Just keep in mind that SE's current sluggish-buggish coding doesn't like complex builds, and prefers simple things instead.
But nice design even if its a lag-inducing sonnovabitch
@Cheetah
Yes it is totally inefficient, but where is the challenge in building simple ships? ;-D
@Master Obelawe
you can save it as a blueprint by yourself, i released it as a world because it can be tricky to place it
