@Holiness idk if you're interested yet, but you need to extract packed.pak assets first , and then look for a folder named "sfx/humanoid" in that folder you wil find all the character sounds

So let's say i want my own hurt sounds, how do i do this? I expected to find sound files in Starbound folder but im not seeing any audio files.. Where are they?

Its working but everytime a workshop mod updates it stops working and you have to unsubscribe and resubscribe

yeah, its a bit derpy. Iv'e seen it works with some of the race's built off hummans, like the ningen and neko race.

I am not sure if I still have the files, but I might update this one at 1.3. Also, I need to make my own Ningen race, just in case ODABUTSU isn't updating much. Notable difference: it won't have her fantasy weapons though.

I think this mod is not compatible with either the viera of ivalice, bawks character extender or neko species, catgrills and catboois! mods, don't know if you wanna find out the reason why not, just thought to inform this..

there needs to be a random voice to differenciate between soft damage and a fierce blow and when you die there should be a death scream

@Caravan Boxer : Will learn to mod again, but right now, CF doesn't even have a voice randomizer (array) option anymore, compared to Koala-era player code.

Must be a mod conflict, like we have multiple voice replacers that they all point against the vanilla file, and with same name. Will check it out sometime. @cynicaleden

for some reason my character(male) is no longer using the changed voice i don't know (or believe) that it's mod conflict is there any mods that don't directly effect character voice but may conflict with this mod

I can see where there might some trouble with that. but it is possible and mayne will wait and love you( or who ever eventually makes it all) for the mod. i know i will.

@HUMAN : In the demo video, it's so far a boy's voice is featured. Will record a female voice video later. But in-game, there's already at least 1 female voice in there.

@ALL: If you've noticed the drastic drop of the file size, I decided to separate them, until Chucklefish returns randomized grunts and ouch voices.

As of this time, shuffling the hurt sounds are impossible as of this time. I'll put a Chucklefish verison link in the future for further modification. Sorry for inconvenience.
