Does this mod play nice with other AI ship mods like War Against Pirates and Enhanced Exploration? I want my universe packed with many different AI ships to generate a high number of potential encounters for the people on my server.

I had this mod installed for over 2 weeks On a DS with Rexxar SESE that allows cargo to spawn in planet and this is Good fun with this mod as some ships seem to able to work in low Gravity So fights have been good. Note Not one crash on the DS with this mod has stayed stable even with over 10 crashed ships on the planet. be nice is the bigger ships could fly in the atmospare like the smaller Minning Carrige.

This mod is fun but annoying. Honestly the AI with this shouldn't be able to detect you with all your stuff set to OFF almost 20km away and spawn things indefinitely every 3 minutes. Although a raid station kept spawning assailants every 3 minutes for a friend and I on a pvp server. Pretty funny, we haven't left our asteroid yet to mine elsewhere, we've gotten every ingot type and material type because of it XD

@Tygra I have SESE/Essentials clean my map regularly. I simply couldn't maintain a decent sim speed with this mod installed unfortunately. I really wish I could.

@sunoko would it be okay if i modify certain things on the ships from your mod so that the war with pirates mod will spawn its reinforcements for these ships? not sure if any change is actually required, will test by adding this mod to the server that i already have war with pirates on, but just in case, may need to post a new mod, i will give you credit for the original work of course

Unfortunately with this mod I was getting some rather nasty sim speed drops. I usually hold 100 pretty well, but I was getting as low as 30 after a couple hours, until I removed the mod, now back at 100. Might be OK on a more powerful server, but unfortunately it's not usable for me.

@Hyperion Using autopilot as same as the drone. they start chasing when player approach to within 20 kilometers. They stop chasing when player has left more than 20 kilometers. Some of the ship does not come chasing. They are heavy, they will move accelerated slowly.
I think stop chasing function is not working well. That will be change later.

How does this military ship chasing work? Will the military ships continuously search for the player and attack him whenever possible? What is the max range from the player that makes them immediately follow him?

You should probably check out the Exploration Enhancement Mod, it's massive. You could probably learn a thing or two from it. Otherwise, great mod.

@Cheezyeggs It should be okay in the existing world. In that case, please check the World Settings.
Sorry, I don't know much about Exploration Enhancement Mod. I think that it is probably work as other cargoship mod, but I don't know may conflict or not.

Create UI unit which itself will build the building and build a base and attack your base. In the universe will colonize and your task is to prevent it. :)

It's Funny, I know several people who are working on similar project like this one. I myself have been working on updating the existing cargo ship and making them survival ready. At some point I planned on make a mod that would replace the existing cargo with the new ones I was working on. If you like to use the ones in my workshop to replace the existing ones, please feel free.

If someone's confused about the world settings, don't worry. They are all on by default, so you shouldn't need to change anything.

Rabid Robot, you have to click "Advanced Options" when you start a new world. It's not available in Quick-Start though.

You shouldn't need to script yourself. This has all the scripts you need included. You have to use the settings in the description and activate this in the mod menu.
