Hey yeah custom icons are all sorted and look sweet as. I'm waiting for Xlith to update xmodbase then it shouldn't take too long.

I've got an update pretty much ready to go which is several times improved compared to this version. I haven't purchased WotC yet though and I need to do that before release to test how it works with the new features.

Is there any way said class override could be removed? I don't mind slightly inaccurate soldier stats in the armory since they really only matter in tactical play.

Follow up: I had a different mod involving revival protocol (recover stun fix) . This could be the culprit. I'll let you know.

Revival Protocol is a vanilla perk so no clue why it would affect field medic.

The mod shouldn't mess with showing XP, part of the coding that allows Finesse to update the Pathfinders aim and mobility when viewing in the barracks is located in UISoldierHeader.

I read in another class thread where somehow GREMLIN abilities that used medkits break Field Medic if extra coding is missing.
I'm not sure if this is the issue. Mine stopped working after I got Revival Protocol.

Since "fixing" the Guardian class as mentioned below, my Field Medic has broken :(
I'm only getting 1 charge of Medkit.

If unsub/resub, the conflict of mods correct. (I reloaded a save before tactical save. I assume that would still be bunk.)

hey nice mod just one thing to note here this mod for whatever reason conflicts ith the Accurate Soldier XP mod and the conflict lags the Geoscape i deleted the aforementioned mod and for now everything works as expected.

Hello sorry for the delay in replying. The clash with Shadow Ops is caused by part of how the Finesse ability works, this is obviously a key ability for the Pathfinder so I don't want to remove it. Given that Finesse exists in Shadow Ops I am sure there is a way for Tactical Force to run without the files and being dependant on Shadow Ops for Finesse but to be honest I don't really have time to dig into the modding tools and test/find what works at the moment.

Massive apologies lads, I should have realised the changes in the update would balls up saved games. Have reversed them so hopefully your saves should still work. If not I can only apologise as it will have to be a new game.

I've also added descriptions of all non-default abilities to the description above.

Just a quick observation on the naming issue, there's a mod "guardinan class" but your mod is "tactical force" with a class titled "guardian" not one and the same. Likewise, there are several "Infantry" mods and classes as the these mentioned with no conflict.

Got a Pathfinder up to Colonel and used it on the Tower mission. Very good balance. Well done. Only Guardian to go.

I'm running 29 classes in my game but have enjoyed the Pioneer. Very well balanced and interesting content. The Havoc also was extremely fun to play with, I just always had to remind myself I was building him out to use his sword. Definitely awesome class to play with. Hope to get to Guardian and Pathfinder soon. No issues so far.

@hambil Good idea I will change them at some point.

@Jack O'Neil I assume you mean the Shadow Ops beta? Both mods use the exact same UISoldierHeader file which unfortunately means they can't be used together. I might be able to make a Shadow Ops compatibility version so I will look into that.

@Invisigoth Great point I will sort that out soon.

@Bosmun I prefer CQB.

@Jhones No I don't think. The Guardian can remote hack terminals and such with the Gremlin and I never used Hacking Protocol myself so don't miss it, if there is common demand though I will find a way to work it in.

Please, please, i would like to make a suggestion and send also an alert. If possible, please change or/and rename the 'Guardian' class. We already have another mod class with exact same name. To avoid conflicts and bugs with other mods, we could rename it to FirstGuardian or UltimateGuardian, for example. All other classes included in your mod are perfect and have no clones in other mods. So we need to fix the 'guardian' class only. :target:

You mod classes with spec ops beta pack which also adds classes, with the 'UISoldierHeader', I don't know if there's anyway around this??

Looks like a good one to add to my arsenal of custom classes to keep the game fresh. You might want to give a sniper rifle to the Pathfinder's screen shot, and a machine gun and sword to the Havoc class screen shot - just to give a better, quicker idea of the vanilla role those classes are replacing. Thanks for the mod!!
