@triggz: If it doesn't then have a look at the mod's description. It definately sounds like an issue with the settings of that mod (the props disappear just like trees do when placing roads normally without the mod).

problem is everytime i place a road above the overpass support, it disappears and is not visible. and also if i try placing the road first and placing the support after i cant without leaving it in an un alined angle, How do i fix this?

As you can see in the pictures it is meant to sit a little bit in under the road - I use the blue-ish concrete underneath as a guide. If you're thinking about the angle, then make sure you continue the road on both ends of the slope, as that actually changes the slope slightly.

I can't seem to have it fit flush, it seems to be small no matter what road I choose
