You can find it in your spawn menu, on the bottom left, look for the addon named "Ellen Ripley Playermodel", click it, and you'll see the contents, this being the ragdoll and the viewmodel.

On Aliens "the movie" when a facehugger almost got her, the little girl said "I'm scared" then Ripley said, "I'm scared too" So don't say "She kills aliens and is not afraid of anything" when you didn't watch EVERY single Alien movie "excluding Alien vs Predator and Prometheus"
