Yeah i figured it out on my own, fyi you are susceptible to crashing in MP when interacting with certain things while wearing the armor.

Had to pick back up the perfectly generic shape item (that I placed in my ship) and then the trousers recipe unlocked and their blueprints have appread in the replicator.

Perfect Trousers not appearing in my blueprints list in the replicator's crafting menu for me. Perfect Breastplate and Perfect Helm are both there, just not the trousers
