this version of the mod is no longer supported. Even so, the Bio Trooper adn Bio Captains do not leave bio corpses and just drop normal corpses. If you are in a mission where you have to extract, you will not get any corpses anyway.

The Cryomancer will be a stand alone unit. I also have Viper Siblings coming that are Sons and a Daughter of the Viper King. 3 Princes and a Princess. All will more or less be mini-bosses. And each will have its own looks and personality. The oldest some takes more after daddy but him and his sister don't get along. Where as the other 2 are the middle Siblings and twin brothers born from the same Egg. They were Egg Mates lol. But while they do get along, there is a massive sibling rivalry between them. One is called Mohawk and has 1 eye. The ohernis Broker Tusk. While in their Egg, one brother put his Tusk through his brother's eye and that how one bro knhis Tusk and the other lost an eye lol.

They were more like 'children' or 'clones' of the Viper King.
I was attempting to make them myself but I couldn't figure out how to make Cryo stuff work properly.

Ohhh so maybe a pack like this where all of the ideas are in one pack then? (I personally would also love for at least my idea to also be in a standalone since I'm one of those guys who while I like new enemies I don't want too much of the same thing...Bio troopers and the LW alien pack are the only exceptions)

Cryomancer sounds great. My ideas included a Frost Viper, a highly volitile Andomedon, and ice-based zombies.
I also had a Cryo Trooper class planned out based on RA2 which included some gimmics, custom weapons like ice throwers and Ice beams, as well as a S.H.R.I.N.K. ray for mech units

my advent nano vests (which say 3 HP, 2 armor & Acid immunity, even in the description) have the same stats as generic plated vests now - 2HP & 1 armor

cryo class as in a Advent Cryomancer. Its a Psi Trooper but all his psi poweres are Ice/frost powers. Think Sub Zero from Mortal Kombat ;)

When you say Cryo class do you mean an Xcom class or an enemy?

Anyways I'm looking forward to your other mods! (This mod is my fave Enemy mod due to how unique they are with custom armor and not straight repaints)

we have a Cryo class in the works and will release it some time after the expansion. We have many mods that are next to finished and or finished that we are just waiting fo the expansion to drop. Need to make sure the current mods will still work as intended with the expansion and then launch the new stuff to work from the get go with the expansion.

I actually planned out several 'Cryo' enemies, a few weapons, a class and even a storyline of sorts based around it. Unfortunately I wasn't able to figure out how to actually USE freeze status.

I had an idea for a type of Advent after the expansion comes out...Cryo troopers they would share the base model of the Purifiers but they would have some differences besides being a straight recolor...they can't do damage at all but they can freeze your units with a "ice" thrower and they use frost bombs!

I thought of this when the new Halo wars 2 leader came out and she has similar units unique to her where they don't do much damage but they had energy sheilds and can freeze things.

I don't mean to be rude, and I can't tell if this has been addressed... but the Bio MEC's head is that of the Stim Pilot from Titanfall 2. I have no problem with it, just thought you should say it. Otherwise it may come across to some people as copyright infringement, not that I care about that stuff.

@NicoTheHunt3r. We thank you for trying out our mods. Much more to come. With the future expansion coming, the LW versions Of these mods that I have created will no longer be supported as I just don't have the time any longer to support 2 versions of a mod. But all the base Vanilla versions will continue to be updated and supported with new content. This one included. This mode is far from finished ;)

Force level is the level in the game when enemies and or events can happen. The game starts you at force level 1 and goes up to 20. As each month in the game goes by, the force level goes up.

Spawn Rate is high enough for these guys. In vanilla XCom 2 they spawn in plenty. If you want them to spawn even more, grab the other 2 mods i have links for above. The Bio Troops themselves will and do spawn with other pod, Advent and Alien. Only The Bio Viper spawns as a leader of a pod with Bio Troops as followers and or in pods of all Bio Vipers. Her Acid trail can be a pain to other enemies if she was to spawn with many others that are not immun to Acid. So the Bio Troops units had to be created to work with her.

I'll have the Archons LW2 update out in the next day or 2 and then hopefully the Bio Troops LW2 version will be next on the list. Still have a few more additions I'd like to add to the Bio Troops mod as well.

@hygorct. Can be used with LW2 but the spawn weights on vanilla Xcom will make these guys spawn a bit much more than intended in LW2. So play this mod at your own risk with LW. A LW version will be coming "soon".

Would be grateful for this, really. I enjoy their armor's special style and texturing. With the real deal, I could have my own Bio Troops.
Right now, I improvise something out of the regular ADVENT armor, some camo's and matching colours + the Muton mask. Look's not that bad, but your armor's style left it's mark. ;)

I resurfaced to say that this mod also has even more potentional. One thing I missed here, would be matching customization options from Bio-Troops.

Much like Dor's Advent Armour Mod, you could add the uniquely modeled/textured armors and helmets for XCOM's own use?

Hey, so... I've been using this mod with LW2 and it's been working since the beginning I loaded this mod in. Recently however, Bio Vipers doesn't explode into a poisonous cloud and it's been bothering me. I believe all of my mod issues began after I regen'd the MyDoc .inis after I loaded in "More ABA Guest Enemies for LW2". This also includes the ruination of my load order, forcing me to finally fix and use the Alt. Mod Launcher.

Any ideas what's wrong when the poison cloud isn't working? In the meantime, I'll resubscribe to the mod and bring it closer to the top of the load order to see if that helps. I'll update if I manage to get this fixed.

Also, something I fear but perhaps veteran modders may know, does the Alt. Mod Launcher REALLY follow the custom mod load order?
