So I managed to get my own version running, influenced by the work Lokerian put into this one, just with some tweaks to make it my own. Check out "Fire for Effect - Artillery Upgrades" and let me know what you think.

@PIXY I'm working on doing just that. I've used Lok's groundwork and I think I have a working, updated mod but I want to contact Lok first to make sure he's ok with that (I'm assuming he will be).

Unfortunately I only discovered your mods this week, and have only been able to try them out a few days before the patch.
Those few days did make all the difference however, so thank you for that.

A Note to all my mod Subscribers: part 1

I have grown short of time to continue developing my mods, also the amount of time required to keep mods working, updated and supported is something i cant afford doing for free anymore, i have other priorities in real life that i must attend and therefor this mods will be over starting from tomorrow.

After all i started my mods to play Bretonnia, and thanks to the amazing community and their support i was brought to do way more than just a Bretonnia mod, sadly its a lot of time, and i have many other responsibilities in real life, which i can't keep merging with the time required from me to make mods and keep them working.

A Note to all my mod Subscribers: part 2

Maybe one day i'll be back once all the dlc and updates to the game are over, there at least i know that the time i put into making mods for the game will be limited and that i wont be required to spend so much time updating them over and over.

I like to believe that my mods helped many moders out there for guidance on how to get some specific things done, and i think the variety of content in the workshop has grown to be more diverse and significant, therefor i'll take a step back and join you the players and enjoy the game with what is given.

I want to thank all the community for the long lasting support and i hope you find yourselves to understand where i come from.

Can you double check the limit for the Steam Tank? I had 0 Steam Tanks, all the buildings needed, but it was still telling me that I had the maximum of this unit.

This mod doesn't affect the Regiments of Renown, unfortunately. It's always weird seeing the Hammer of the Witches cheaper than a basic cannon unit.

@Lokerian Huh, that's odd. I would have thought there was some code counting the garrison units differently from your recruits. With the two Wood Elf factions, their garrisons have units that would otherwise cost some amber, right?

Yes it was intentional from my side, garrissons were great as they were and easily overused, this tries to put a price for that, with that said, i understand not everyone shares this, and therefor you can download the No-CAP patch for this mod in the mod description above.

I have a bug where I can't recruit any Grudgethrowers as Clan Angrund. It just says i have recruited the max amount, even though i only have one, the one from Regiments of Renown.

<FALXMEN> it should work with them yes, but it will not balance them as they add new entries with that said this mod only changes the stats of artillery by affecting each vanilla artillery added art units by mods obviously have their own stats and if they are balanced to those of vanilla may prove to be a bit weak here.

Hey it's your mod so do whatever you want but in regards to a comment you made, 12 steam tanks were built and 4 were destroyed with 8 remaining. There's even a few varients, with one acting like a kangaroo carrier from WW2 and one acting like a mortar variant WW1 Mark V tank.

@TheGrandSirPiggy - this only goes on artillery, irondrakes are hell strong as they are.

@Unnamed_Shadow - The ROR very often give different alternatives, but they are strong as most of the art balanced in this one, you cant really make them much stronger, as that would break the balance, the current art is strong as it is.

@Smaug - I understand, this mod doesn't fit everyone needs, i have no plans to do a 50% version atm, but maybe in the future :)

@Überguy - No.., the Steam tank is an incredible unique unit, only one was built and then the plans blew up together with all the work done for it on the lab that carried it, therefor only one was ever built in the lore, and only one is ever going to be built here, you can always use the no cap patch in the link above.

@SillyWilly - No idea, but probably it should be.
