I'm working on a new skybox based off of this, I haven't had time to fix this one so I decided it will be best to create the new one instead.

It appears your XML for Environment.sbc is invalid and as a result it's throwing a definition file error.

Any specific errors you're getting? I'm in DEV, it's only uploaded in stable because others were complaining about 'made in dev' pop ups.
I'll add a bug reporting spot.
