Tried myself but it seems unticking restrict_unit_xp_gain for all RoRs in PFM is not working...

If someone love this mod, and felt they understood the overhauled intentions of other mods well and wanted to make a sub-mod for this mod, that just tweaks the necessary stats, and requires the main mod, that's totally something we'd love to see, but it's not something we are going to spend time on, as it just takes away from the time we could spend getting the main mods ready.

Mod is not updated for the latest patch/update, therefor will cause issues. Update will come when it is finished.

If someone loves this mod, and felt they understood programs like PFM well and wanted to make a sub-mod for this mod, that just tweaks the necessary stats, and requires the main mod to function, that's totally something we'd love to see, but it's not something we are going to spend time on, as it just complicates the number of mods we handle, there's always "another way it could be done" and we want to encourage those sub-mods! But having to create, manage, and update all of those would just take away from the time I'd prefer to spend developing new units for All Tabletop Lords or RoR's!
