Syvania does have mortal residence, so it wouldn't be out of the question to give them something similar to peasant bowmen or Empire crossbows. Also its perfectly acceptable to have lower-born vampires use bow and arrows in my eyes.
I also really like your Warlock idea, its a creative way of giving Vampire Counts artillery that doesn't seriously trigger the lore fanatic in me.
@Capitaine, i prefer missle, not for archers but the warlocks ;)
@ Brother, haha I made that unit before i learnt how to edit meshes, I could fix it now though...
Since I love running both mods was wondering if there is a way to fix it so that they can appear alongside each other rather than the units overriding each other?
