Would you be willing to either open the source or post a guide to making our own patch? we use a hud replacer that must be first in the list, and would rather not lose it, but it is open source.
If I had some way to integrate the two, I'd be most appreciative.

@[CwF] ThePionier Did you checked ? If you already own this game, you must be able to have this item directly in your inventory when spawning, like the other listed skins

@[CwF] ThePionier that's already active with this item, but you must own this game in steam (263440) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/app/263440 Stomping Island

But in the next update (today) I will add the abbility to craft it directly on survivor, so as admin you only must enable or disable the engram
