Take your time, CeltiK. Your mods are the best for TWW. I'm waiting that you deliver before starting another campaign actually hahah.
BTW, hopefully you'll eventually do similar mods for TWW2 ? Except if CA uses your mods as the base for their AI in the new game, which isn't impossible hahahah

Empire being annihilated by turn 20 is, kinda, surreal. Considering, that before the change, while using your mods, they usually were in the top 5 factions in almost all of my campaigns.

And it's also much easier for Franz to level up and that's very important as it unlocks some RoR. I'm gonna test it right away. I planned to release the mod today but I can't right now as the Empire is the only faction not performing better with my mod (the others are absolute beasts :p).

I'm playing without the fog of war so I see everything and now that the Empire has the whole Reikland province they usually lose Eilhart to the Skullsmasherz and then Helmgart to the Beastmen in the fisrt 10 turns...

The Empire gone after only 20 turns in!

When the rebels are here they act like a shield of some kind against Greenskins and Beastmen so the Empire has time to recruit at least a full stack before taking the province, as Altdorf alone is quite safe. I'm seriously considering bringing the rebels back for the AI because the "solution" chose by CA doesn't work.

Interesting. Perhaps give the Empire AI a second army? Is that possible? Or make their starting one a bit bigger.

Just want to add as I said before, take your time if you need it Celtik.There is a reason I have used your recruitment mods since TWcentre and that is because you are thourough and get demonstrable results not like darthmod etc which claimed but never delivered.

I am sure whatever solution you come up with it will be worth waiting for.

@BaGan the problem with the empire is, it has a very weak starting position
and the AI is pretty bad a dealing with that.

in my newest game i noticed that ever since the RoR addition the beastman seem to be even a bigger problem for the other AI factions ( not that the AI was good at dealing with them before)

Didn't the patch combine Empire and the Empire Secessionist for the AI? And it didnt help the Empire even if they got a whole province?

Would it help if you gave them confederation bonus towards their closest neighbours?

Maybe, but this mod work without t4 settlement that's why i like it.

In my opinion empire always suffer but that's not the point of this mod. Put a solution on your campain balance mod.

Do as you wish but a quick release for your fan would be appreciate, if you want i will play empire for fix their weakness :), even if i badly want to try the new faction.

maybe help , I have 1. your mod 2. campaign of oldworld 3. 8 buiding slot 4. tier 4 minor settlement , Empire always stay in rank 1 and they can destroy Chaos by themself . (experience from veryhard - legendary)

Hey man. While I appreciate the Empire's issues I'm not sure there is a lot you can do in this mod to help them, since their issues aren't with army selection but with lack of campiagn bonuses compared to other races and a basic lack of unit strength. For me the solution has been to turn off Confederation for everyone apart from the Empire, making Confederating the Empire's 'unique mechanic' as Karl Franz unifies them. As the other Empire factions get overpowered they often offer to join Reikland, giving it a bit of a boost every now and then. It also puts the brakes on the pesky Dwarf global empire a little too.

@Celtik this, as you know, is a quite big issue reported daily but all the users. Problem is that empire in the beginning does war with beastman, orcs etc and even if it wins the battle its army is weakened. If you find a solution or a trigger for this issue "that would be great"

Thanks for your patience guys. I too want to play a proper campaign with this new AI, but I have one issue that I'm still trying to fix. Everything's fine except the very weak Empire faction. Just like in vanilla the Empire is still very weak and struggle to expand. But somehow it's worse in my mod because the AI in general is much more ruthless and dynamic than it is in vanilla, so the other factions like Beastmen, Crooked Moon or Vampires just eat them alive! I'm working on a solution.

@BåGan: The AI can now manage quite well without those mods so you don't have to use them. But they are fully compatible and won't hurt the AI so if you want to use them, no problem. I just found that they're more help for the player than the AI.

This new mod is going to be quite the revolution amog the mods on workshop. ;-) But if I'm using minor 4 slots or 8 slots capitals, will it help the AI? Or have you done some magic that the AI can manage everytime without building slot help?

CeltiK is like a supreme commander. The AI generals approach him and are like: 'So, uh, we fielded this army, you know, great stuff, it has 4 wizards, 7 mortars and...'; 'No.' Says Celtik and proceeds to slap the general till he realizes that a 10 pistolier stack ain't no good for nothing... Many righteous slaps had to be swiftly delivered for this mod to come to fruition...
